Claims (12)
- 폴리올 성분(A)가 리시넨 오일(I) 및 적어도 우세한 히드록실-말단 폴리부타디엔(Ⅱa) 및/또는 에폭시화 식물성 오일과 불포화 또는 포화 단직쇄 또는 단측쇄 지방산과의 고리 열림 반응 생성물(Ⅱb)의 혼합물 임을 특징으로 하는 폴리올 성분(Q) 및 이소시아네이트 성분(B)의 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이소시아네이트 성분이 순수한 또는 공업용의 디페닐 메탄-4.4′-디이소시아네이트를 적어도 우세하게 함유함을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 고리 열림 반응 생성물(Ⅱb) 이 C6∼22지방산을 기재로 함을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항 내지 3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리에틸렌 분말과 같은 공지의 충진제를 75중량% 이하로 함유하고 바람직하게는 충진제를 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제올라이트와 같은 공지의 건조제를 10중량%이하로 추가로 함유하고, 더욱 바람직하게는 함유하지 않음을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유기 주석 또는 3차 아민 화합물과 같은 공지의 중한 촉진제를 유효량, 바람직하게는 2중량%이하로 함유함을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 혼합물 대 디이소시아네이트의 중량비가 100:5 내지 100:30임을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 성분증의 혼합물 성분간의 혼합비가 20:80 내지 80:20 중량부임을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제.
- 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리올 혼합물이 20중량 % 이하의 기타 폴리올 및/또는 외부 또는 내부 가소제를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 외력에 악한 밀봉제.
- 폴리올 성분(A) 및 이소시아네이트 성분(B)을 완전히 혼합하고, 얻어진 혼합물을 이음새 케이블 말단을 둘러싼 접속함내에 도입함을 특징으로 하는 외력에 약한 밀봉제의 제조방법.
- 외력에 약한 밀봉제의 이음새 케이블 말단 절연용 용도.
