Claims (17)

  1. (A) 난연성 할로겐-부재 무기 충진재 및 (B)에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 및 터폴리머, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리이소부틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴 중합체, 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌, 또는 적어도 2개의 이러한 탄성중합체의 중합체 세그먼트로 이루어진 그라프트 공중합체 또는 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 2개의 탄성중합체 [여기서, 조성물중(A)의 중량%는 (A) 및 (B)의 총중량의 적어도 50%이다]로 이루어진 할로겐-부재 열가소성 탄성중합체 조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 무기 충진재가 수화 마그네시아, 알루미늄 삼수화물, 수화 칼슘 실리케이트, 점토, 활석, 카보네이트, 하이드레이트, 옥사이드, 기타의 실리케이트, 질소/인 조성물 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 충진재의 비율이 50내지 75중량%의 범위인 조성물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 성분(A) 및 (B)이외에도 첨가제를 15중량% 이하의 양으로 함유하는 조성물.
  5. 제1항 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 2개의 선택된 탄성중합체의 비가 약 95 : 5 내지 50 : 50중량부로 변화하는 조성물.
  6. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 최종형태로 가공한 후에 조성물을 열경화성으로 전환시키는데 충분한 양의 경화제를 추가로 함유하는 조성물.
  7. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 탄성중합체성 경화제를 거의 완전한 경화에 필요한 양의 1내지 90%의 양으로 함유하는 조성물.
  8. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서 무기 충진재가 수화 마그네시아이며, 2개의 탄성중합체가 아크릴 탄성중합체 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 탄성 중합체인 조성물.
  9. 제1항 내지 7항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 무기 충진재가 알루미늄 삼수화물이며 2개의 탄성중합체가(i) 아크릴 탄성중합체 및 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체이거나, (ii) 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔 탄성 중합체 및 폴리에스테르 탄성중합체이거나, (iii)폴리에스테르 탄성중합체 및 폴리아미드 탄성중합체이거나, (iV)폴리아미드 탄성중합체 및 에틸렌-프로필렌-디엔탄성중합체인 조성물.
  10. 제1항 내지 5항, 7항 또는 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 탄성중합체가 부분적으로 가교결합된 조성물.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항중 어느 한 항의 조성물을 성형 또는 압출시켜 제조한 제품.
  12. (A) 난연성 할로겐-부재 무기 충진재 및 (B)에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 및 터폴리머, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리이소부틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴 중합체, 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌 또는 적어도 2개의 이러한 탄성중합체의 중합체 세그먼트로 이루어진 그라프트 공중합체 또는 블록공중합체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 2개의 탄성중합체 [여기서, 성분(A)의 중량%는 성분 (A) 및 (B)의 총중량의 적어도 50%이다]를 함께 혼합시킴을 특징으로 하여, 할로겐-부재 열가소성 탄성중합체 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 충진재 및 탄성중합체를 혼합물의 거의 완전한 경화 및 동력학적으로 부분적인 가교 결합에 필요한 양의 1내지 90%인 양의 탄성 중합체성 경화제와 함께 혼합시키는 방법.
  14. 제12항에 있어서, 열가소성 탄성중합체 조성물을 고에너지 초단파 또는 자외복사선을 사용하여 조사시켜 적어도 부분적으로 가교결합시키는 방법.
  15. 제12항에 있어서, 충진재 및 탄성중합체를 조성물을 열경화성으로 전환시키는데 충분한 탄성중합체성 경화제와 함께 혼합시키고, 조성물을 그의 최종 형태로 가공한 다음, 조성물을 경화시켜 열경화성으로 전환시키는 방법.
  16. 제14항 또는 15항의 방법으로 제조한 열경화성 조성물.
  17. (A)난연성 할로겐-부재 무기 충진재 및 (B)에틸렌-프로필렌 공중합체 및 터폴리머, 폴리아미드, 폴리에스테르, 폴리이소부틸렌, 폴리우레탄, 아크릴중합체, 천연고무, 폴리부타디엔, 폴리이소프렌 또는 적어도 2개의 이러한 탄성중합체의 중합체 세그먼트로 이루어진 그라프트 공중합체 또는 블록 공중합체로 이루어진 그룹중에서 선택된 적어도 2개의 탄성중합체 [여기서, 성분(A)의 중량%는 성분(A) 및 (B)의 총중량의 적어도 50%이다]로 이루어진 압출 피복층인 난연성 쟈켓(jacket)을 함유하는 와이어 또는 케이블.
