Claims (16)
- 저수소과전압음극 제조방법으로서, 전기전도성 기판에 산화금속선구제 화합물의 코팅용액과 기판 또는 이전에 부착한 코팅의 표면을 부식시킬 수 있는 부식재를 부착한 다음에, 피복기판으로부터 휘발성 물질을 제거하기 위하여 가열함으로써 선구제화합물로 된 금속과 기판 또는 이전코팅에서 부식된 금속을 기판이나 이전에 부착한 코팅에 집중시켜서 재피복시킨 후, 산소 공기 또는 산화제속에서 충분한 온도로 다시 가열하여 금속을 산화시키는 단계를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저수소 과전압 음극 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 산화금속선구제 화합물은 염화금속, 질화금속, 황화금속 및 인화금속 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저수소 과전압 음극 제조 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 금속선 구제화합물은 Ru,Rh,Pd,Os,Ir 및 Pt중에서 선택된 적어도 하나이상의 금속화합물과 Ni,Co,Fe,Cu,W,V,Mn,Mo,Nb,Ta,Ti,Zr,Cd,Cr,B,Sn,La 및 Si중에서 선택된 적어도 하나 이상의 금속으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저수소 과전압 음극 제조 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 부식제는 염산, 황산, 질산, 인산, 히드라진 히드로설페이트 등에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저수소 과전압 음극 제조 방법.
- 제1항, 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서, 코팅 절차를 적어도 1회 이상 반복하는 것을 특징으로 하는 저수소 과전압 음극 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 금속의 산화를 실시하는 온도가 300-600℃이고, 기판의 가열이 5-60분간에 걸쳐 실시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 저수소 과전압 음극 제조 방법.
- 양이온 교환막에 의하여 주분리되어 있는 양극애격실과 음극액결실로 구성된 전해전지 내에서 염화나트륨 수용액을 전기 분해하여 음극액 격실에서는 수산화나트륨의 수용액을, 양극액 격실에서는 염소를 발생시키는 방법으로서, 상기 긍정에 의한 음극은 제1항의 방법에 의하여 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 염화나트륨 수용액의 전기분해 공정.
- 산화닉켈과 백금군산화 금속으로 구성된 불균질 산화금속코팅이 밀착되어 있는 닉켈 금속층으로 구성된 전기 화학 전지용 전극.
- 제8항에 있어서, 백금 군산화금속이 산화루테늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 화학 전지용 전극.
- 제8항 또는 제9항에 있어서, 불균질산화 금속 코팅에 산화닉켈과 백금군산화금속 이외에, 변형산화 금속도 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기화학 전지용 전극.
- Ru,Rh,Pd,Os,Ir 및 Pt중에서 선택한 금속의 적어도 하나 이상의 산화물과 Ni,Co,Fe,Cu,W,V,Mn,Mo,Nb,Ta,Ti,Zr,Cd,Cr,B,Sn,La 및 Si중에서 선택한 금속의 산화물이 적어도 하나 이상 포함되어 있는 불균질 산화금속구조로 구성된 전기 촉매적으로 작용하는 코팅이 용착되어 있는 기판으로 구성된 클로르알킬리 전해 전지용 저수조 과전압 음극.
- 제11항에 있어서, 기판과 불균질 산화금속 구조 사이에 닉켈층이 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 저수소 과전압 음극.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 불균질 산화금속 구조가 RuO2와 NiO로 구비되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극.
- 제11항 또는 제12항에 있어서, 불균질 산화금속 구조가 RuO2, NiO로 및 변형산화금속으로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 음극.
- 제14항에 있어서, 변형산화금속이 ZrO2인 것을 특징으로 하는 저수조 과전압 음극.
