Claims (6)
- 분자당 평균 1종 이상의 비시날 에폭사이드 그룹을 함유하는 화합물을 촉매량의 테트라하이드로카빌 포스포늄염 존재하에 다가페놀 또는 티오페놀과 반응시켜 개선된(advanced) 에폭시수지를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 반응을, 반응온도 및 발열온도가 175℃를 초과하지 않도록 하고 반응매체를 거의 무수상태로 하는 조건하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 개선된 에폭시수지의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 촉매로서 사용된 테트라하이드로카빌 포스포늄염 50% 이상이, 어드밴스먼트 반응 종결시, 포스포늄염 형태로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개선된 수지를 통상의 아민 또는 무수물 경화제로 경화시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 생성된 에폭시수지가, 반응물을 기준하여 0.01중량%의 물이 반응매체내에 존재하고 최고 반응온도 또는 발열온도가 180℃ 이상인 유사한 어드밴스먼트 반응에서 생성된 에폭시수지보다 20% 이상의 테트라하이드로카빌 포스포늄 양이온을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 개선된 에폭시수지와의 실질적인 반응없이 테트라하이드로카빌 포스포늄 촉매를 선택적으로 탈활성화 시키는데 충분한 양의 포스포늄 일리드 억재제를 첨가하는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 포스포늄 일리드 억제제가 물임을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
