Claims (10)

  1. 반응 생성물이 (a) 수지 킬로그램당 적어도 0.15당량(eq/kg)의 말단 페놀성 하이드록실그룹, (b) 에폭시수지로부터 유도된 그룹 및 임의로 (c) 에폭시그룹을 함유하며, 이 때 수지중에 그룹 (b) 및 존재한다면 그룹 (c)의 총량은 수지킬로그램당 적어도 0.05당량인, 폴리에폭사이드와 폴리올과의 반응생성물을 함유하는 에폭시수지.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 수지중에 그룹 (b) 및 존재한다면 그룹 (c)의 총량이 수지의 킬로그램당 0.058 내지 2당량인 에폭시수지.
  3. 제 2 항에 있어서, 수지가 에폭시그룹을 거의 함유하지 알는 에폭시수지.
  4. 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서, 수지가 수지킬로그램당 1 내지 3당량의 말단 페놀성 하이드록실그룹을 함유하는 에폭시수지.
  5. 에폭시그룹과 하이드록실그룹과의 반응을 위한 촉매의 존재하에, 폴리에폭사이드를 폴리올과 반응시키고, 반응생성물이 수지의 킬로그램당 적어도 0.05당량의 에폭시그룹과 수지의 킬로그램당 0.15당량의 말단 페놀성 하이드록실그룹을 함유하는 시점에서 반응을 종결시킨 다음, 에폭시그룹의 적어도 일부를 반응시켜 에폭시-유도 그룹을 형성시킴을 특징으로 하는 에폭시수지의 제조방법.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서, 에폭시그룹을 물과 반응시키는 방법.
  7. 제 6 항에 있어서, 에폭시그룹을 물 및 산과 반응시키는 방법.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 에폭시그룹을 물 및 인산과 반응시키는 방법.
  9. 제 5 항에 있어서, 폴리에폭사이드와 폴리올과의 반응을 종결시키고 에폭시그룹을 단일공정단계로 인산과 반응시키는 방법.
  10. 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항 중의 어느 하나에 청구된 에폭시수지 또는 제 5 항 내지 제 9항 중의 어느 하나에 청구된 방법에 의해 제조된 에폭시수지를 함유하는 피복조성물.
