Claims (3)
- 상승된 온도에서, (a) 분자당 비시날 에폭사이드 또는 티오에폭사이드 그룹을, 평균 하나이상 함유하는 에폭시수지 또는 티오에폭사이드를, (b) 다가페놀, 다가티오페놀, 카복실산 또는 카복실산 무수물과 반응시키는 방법에 있어서, 다음 일반식에 상응하는 잔기를 분자당 평균 하나이상 함유하는 (c) 트리하이드로 카빌 포스핀 또는 4급 포스포늄 양이온 충분량의 존재하에서 수행시킴을 특징으로 하여, 상기 (a)와 (b) 및 (c)와의 반응을 촉진시키는 방법.상기 식에서, Z는 -O- 또는 -S-이고, R3는 독립적으로 반응에 거의 불활성인 잔기이고, W는 0 내지 4의 정수이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, (c) 또는 이의 유도체의 25중량 퍼센트미만 [최초에 존재하는 (c)의 양기준]이 물 또는 메탄올 중에서 생성된 수지로부터 추출됨을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, (c)가 다음 일반식(I),(II) 및 (III)중 하나인 방법.상기 식에서, R 및 R2는 각기 독립적으로 일반식의 라디칼이거나, 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, X는 적합한 음이온이며, R1은 염소, 브롬, 포스핀, 포스포늄, 페닐 및 티오페닐 잔기를 임의 포함하는 1가 탄화수소 라디칼이고, Z는 독립적으로 -O- 또는 -S-이며, A는 하나이상의 탄소원자상에 총(n+1)에 해당하는 원자가를 갖는 탄화수소 라디칼이고, n은 1,2 또는 3이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
