Claims (10)

  1. 알코올 및/또는 알코올과 카르복실산과의 에스테르를 일산화탄소와 함께 카르보보화 반응기에 공급하고, 처리공정중에 (a)최소한 유한량의 물, (b)하기식 (1), (2) 및 (3)의 4차 암모늄 요오드화물로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 촉매 안정제, (d)알코올에 상응하는 요오드화 유도체, (e)카르복실산과 알코올과의 에스테르, (f)로듐 촉매, 및 (g)카르복실산을 함유하는 액체 반응 매질이 유지되는 카르보닐화 반응기에서 카르복실산을 제거함으로 특징으로 하는, 로듐 촉매 존재하에 일산화탄소와 탄소수 n의 알코올과의 반응에 의한 탄소수(n+1)의 카르복실산의 제조방법.
    〔상기식중, R 및 R1기는 각각 수소원자 또는 C1-C20알킬기에서 선택되며, 단, 최소한 1개의 R1기는 수소원자 이외의 것이다〕
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 최소한 1개의 R기가 탄소수 n의 알코올을 함유하는 유기 부분과 동일한 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, R1기들이 각각 수소원자 또는 C1-C6알킬기에서 선택되는 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, R1기들이 각각 수소원자 또는 C1∼C6알킬기에서 선택되는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 안정제가 하기 식의 양이온의 요오드화 염인 방법.
    〔상기식중, R1및 R2은 메틸기이고, R5은 수소원자이며, R3은 C1∼C20알킬기 또는 수소원자이고, R4은 C1∼C20알킬기이다〕
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매 안정제가 R3=C2H5및 R4= CH3또는 R3= CH3이 되도록 선택되는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 안정제가 하기 식의 양이온의 요오드화 염인 방법.
    〔상기식중 R6은 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, R7은 C1∼C4알킬기이며, R1은 메틸기이다〕
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 촉매 안정제가 (1)R6= H 및 R7= C2H5또는 (2)R6= H 및 R7= t­C4Hg또는 (3)R6및 R7= CH3이도록 선택되는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 물 0.5∼8 중량％가 카르보닐화 반응기 내에 유지되는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매 안정제가 상응하는 아민을 알코올에 상응하는 요오드화 유도체로 4분화 함으로써 카르보닐화 반응기 내에 본래 장소에 생성되는 방법.
