Claims (13)
- (a) 일반식(II)의 카복실산 또는 그의 염 또는 그의 반응성 유도체를 일반식(II)의 4-플루오로-3-할로페녹시벤질알콜 또는 그의 반응성 유도체와 반응시키거나(b) R1이 시아노 잔기를 나타내는 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하기 위해서는 일반식(IIa)의 카복실산 클로라이드를 일반식(V)의 4-플루오로-3-할로페녹시 벤즈알데히드 및 적어도 동몰량의 나트륨 시아나이드 또는 칼륨시아나이드와 물 및 물과 혼화될 수 없는 용매 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(I)의 4-플루오로-3-할로페녹시벤질에스테르의 제조방법.상기식중R은 피레트로이드의 산성분으로 사용될 수 있는 진기를 나타내고,R1은 수소원자, 아시노 진기 또는 각 탄소원자 3개까지를 함유하는 알킬, 알케닐 및 알키닐중에서 선택된 임의 치환된 할로겐 잔기를 나타내며,X는 염소 또는 브롬원자를 나타내고,M은 수소원자 또는 나트륨 또는 칼륨을 나타내며,R2는 -CHO, -CH2OH, -CH2Cl, -CH2Br, -CHCl2, -CHBr2, -CH(OCH3)2, -CH(OC2H5)2,를 나타내며,R4는 수소를 제외하고는 R1에서 정의된 바와 같고,R3는 OH 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타낸다.
- 제1항의 a)에서 있어서, 반응을 산 수용체 존재하에 시행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 a) 또는 2항에 있어서, 반응을 알카리 금속시아나이드 존재하에 시행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 a), 2항 또는 6항에 있어서, 반응을 희석제 존재하에 시행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 희석제가 불활성 유기용매임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 b)에 있어서 물과 혼화될 수 없는 용매가 지방족 또는 방향족의 임의 할로겐화된 탄화수소임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 b) 또는 6항에 있어서, 반응을 촉매 존재하에 시행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항의 a),b), 2항 내지 10항 중의 어느 하나에 있어서 반응을 0 내지 100℃온도에서 시행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실시예 1 내지 12항중의 어느 하나에 기술된 방법에 의해 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
- 일반식(IV)의 화합물을 염소, 브롬 또는 염화 브롬과 -20 내지 100℃온도에서 반응시킨 후 경우에 따라 반응 생성물을 가수분해 또는 환원시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(III)의 4-플루오로-3-할로페녹시벤질알콜 및 그의 반응성유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기 식중X는 염소 또는 브롬원자를 나타내고,R2는 -CHO, -CH2OH, -CH2Cl, -CH2Br, -CHCl2, -CHBr2, -CH(OCH3)2, -CH(OC2H5)2,를 나타내며,R3는 OH 또는 할로겐 원자를 나타내고R4는 각기 할로겐에 의해 치환될 수 있는 CN, C1-3-일킬, C2-3-알케닐 및 C2-3-알킬닐을 나타낸다.
- 제10항에 있어서, 반응을 촉매 존재하에 시행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항 또는 11항에 있어서, 반응을 희석제 존재하에 시행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 실시예 15 a), b) 또는 c)에 기술된 바와 같이 일반식(III)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
