Claims (4)

  1. 페놀에 녹아있는 비스페놀 A와 반응부산물의 용액인 건조된 후 결정화 리커로, 양이온 고환 촉매의 존재하에 페놀과 아세톤을 반응시켜 비스페놀 A를 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 페놀과 아세톤의 반응은 반응혼합물에 기초하여 12 내지 20중량%의, 바람직하게는 15 내지 18중량%의 비스페놀 A 초기농도에서 21 내지 35중량%, 바람직하게는 22 내지 28중량%의 비스페놀 A최종농도까지 수행되며, 그리고 반응 혼합물내의 반응 부산물의 함량은 12 내지 24중량%, 바람직하게는 16 내지 20중량%이며, 단 5-30 : 1의 페놀대 아세톤의 몰비로 60 내지 95℃의 온도에서 공정이 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 반응을 위한 장입 혼합물은 반응 시스템으로부터의 일부의 반응혼합물과 귀환된 페놀리커의 혼합에 의해서 얻어진 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매는 0.05-0.5 : 1의 중량비로 마이크로다공질 구조 양이온 교환자와 마크로다공질구조 양이온 교환자의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 비스페놀A 이성체의 함량은 장입 혼합물에 함유된 부산물의 함량의 ½이내인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
