Abstract

하기 일반식(2)의 디클로로메틸-치환된 벤젠을 약 70 내지 약 160℃의 온도에서 하기 일반식(3)의 하나 이상의 아연염 약 1 내지 약 50% 농도의 수용액으로 가수분해시킴으로 포함하는, 하기 일반식(1)의 방향족 알데하이드의 제조방법:
상기식에서, R1,R2및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 H,F,Cl 또는 Br이고, X는 F,Cl,Br,I,OH 또는 SO4이고, n은 음이온 X에 따라서 변화하며 1 또는 2이다.

Claims (9)

  1. 하기 일반식(2)의 디클로로메틸-치환된 벤젠을 약 70 내지 약 160℃의 온도에서 하기 일반식(3)의 하나 이상의 아연염 약 1 내지 약 50% 농도의 수용액으로 가수분해시킴으로 포함하는, 하기 일반식(1)의 방향족 알데하이드의 제조방법:
    상기식에서, R1, R2및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 H,F,Cl 또는 Br이고, X는 F,Cl,Br,I,OH 또는 SO4이고, n은 음이온 X에 따라서 변화하며 1 또는 2이다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(1) 및 (2)의 화합물에서 R1,R2및 R3이 H,F 또는 Cl인 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(3)의 화합물에서 X가 Cl,Br,OH 또는 SO2인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해를 약 100 내지 약 140℃의 온도에서 수행하는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 가수분해를, 제1항에 정의된 일반식(3)의 하나 이상의 아연염 약 1.1 내지 약 15% 농도의 수용액으로 수행하는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가수분해 반응후에 수득한 조질 비누화 혼합물을 물로 추출하고, 수득한 아연 염 함유 수용액을 재순환시켜, 비누화 반응에서 촉매수용액으로 재사용하는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가수분해 반응후에 수득된 조질 비누화 혼합물을, 아연염 1%농도 이상의 용액을 얻도록 계산된 양의 물로 추출하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가수분해 반응후에 수득한 조질 비누화 혼합물을, 반응중의 화학양론적으로 사용된 양과 동일양의 물로 추출하는 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 비누화 반응을 계단식 교반 반응기에서 연속적으로 수행하고, 수득된 반응 혼합물을 물로 연속적으로 처리하고, 수득된 아연 염 함유 수용액을 연속적으로 재순환시키는 방법.
