도면은 본 발명에 관한 서스펜션장치를 표시하는 종단면도이다.
Claims (8)
- 차축을 지지하는 실린더와, 상기 실린더내에 끼워져서 등 실린더내를 2개의 실로 구획함과 동시에 양실간 상호 연통하는 올리피스를 가진 피스톤과, 상기 피스톤에 연결되어서 위쪽에 뻗어있고, 상단부가 차체에 지지된 피스톤로드로 구성된 완충기를 구비한 차량용 서스펜션에 있어서, 상기 피스톤로드 및 실린더를 둘러싸기 위하여 동 피스톤로드 및 실린더에 대해서 동축적으로 배설되어 차중을 받치는 주에탄력실과 상기 주에탄력실의 위쪽에서 상기 피스톤로드를 둘러싸기 위하여 등 피스톤로드에 대해서 동축적으로 배설된 부에어탄력실과, 상기 피스톤로드내 등 피스톤로드의 길이방향으로 뻗어있고 또한 동 피스톤로드에 대해서 상대적으로 변위가능한 콘트롤로드를 구비하고, 상기 피스톤로드에 있어서의 상기 콘트롤로드를 둘러싸는 위벽은 상기 주에어탄력실 및 상기 부에어탈력설에 각각 연통하는 개구를 가지고, 상기 콘트롤로드는, 상기 피스톤로드의 개구를 개재해서 상기 주에어탄력실과 상기 부에어탄력실을 상호 연통함과 동시에, 양에어탈력실에의 공기의 급배기를 행하는 공기통로를 가지고, 상기 콘트롤로드를 상기 피스톤로드에 대해서 변위시키므로서, 양 로드가 상기 주에어탄력실과의 상호간의 연통 및 차단을 선택하는 개폐밸브로서 기능을 하도록 구성되고, 또한 상기 피스톤로드의 상단부를 덮어서, 상기 콘트롤로드의 공기통로내의 공기의 유통에 의한 소음이 외부로 새는 것을 저감시키는 처음 커버를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션장치.
- 제 1항에있어서, 상기 콘트롤로드에 연동되어 상기 피스톤의 올리피스의 유동면적을 바꿀 수 있는 제어밸브를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션장치.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 제어밸브는, 상기 콘트롤로드에 의해서 상기 개폐밸브가 폐상태에 있을 때의 상기 올리피스의 유통면적을, 개상태에 있을 때의 유통면적보다도 작게 되도톡 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스 펜션장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 실린더와 상기 피스톤로드 사이에 상기 주에어탄력실을 둘러싸기 위하여 배설된 코일스프링을 구비하고, 상기 부에어탄력실은, 그 하면이 상기 코일스프팅의 상단을 지지하는 스프링받침으로서 기능을 하도록, 상기 주에어탄력실보다도 그 반경방향 바깥쪽으로 내밀게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 콘트롤로드는 상기 피스톤로드에 대해서 회동변위가 가능하고, 상기 콘트롤로드를 상기 피스톤로드에 대해서 회동변위시키므로서, 양 로드가 상기 주에어탈력실과 상기 부에어탄력실 산호간의 연통 및 차단을 선택하는 개폐밸브로서 기능을 하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션 장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 처음 커버가, 상기 완충기의 두부의 접속부분을 덮도록 차체에 부착된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션장치.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 처음커버가, 압축공기발생장치와 상기 완충기 두부의 접속구를 연통하는 배관을 관통하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상차 음커버의 뒤쪽에, 흡음재를 붙인 것을 특징으로 하는 차량용 서스펜션장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
