Claims (5)
- 다음 일반식(II)의 화합물을 염기 존재하 반응 불활성 유기용매중에서 트리아졸과 반응시킴을 특징으로하여 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서,Het는 방향족 헤테로 사이클릭 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산 칼륨 존재시, N,N-디메틸포름아미드중에 용해된 반응물과 함께 수행할 경우의방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, Het가 임의로 폐닐 또는 헤테로사이클릭환에 융합될 수 있으며 헤테로 사이클릭 또는 융합된 환에서 플루오로, 클로로, 브로모, 요도, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 및 CF3에서 선택한 3개까지의 치환제로 임의로 치환될 수 있는, N, S 또는 0에서 선택한 하나 또는 2개의 헤테로원자를 함유한 5 또는 6원 방향족 헤테로 사이클릭환 시스템인 방법.
- 제3항에 있아서, Het가 티에닐, 특히 5-브로모-2-티에닐 또는 피리딜, 특히 5-클로로-2-피리딜인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, Het가 5-클로로-2-피리딜 그룹인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
