Claims (12)
- 일반식(식중 R1은 피리딜기이고 R2는 저급알콕시기, 저급알킬기, 할로겐 원자, 트리플루오로메틸기, 저급 알케닐기 또는 메틸렌 디옥시기를 임의로 가질 수 있는 페닐기, 티에닐기, 푸릴기, 나프틸기, 벤조티에닐기 또는 피리딜기이다)의 혼합물을 일반식(식중 R3는 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기이고 n은 0∼6의 정수이며 X는 할로겐원자이다)의 화합물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(식중, Rl,R2,R3및 n은 상기와 같다)의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 염기 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 염기가 n-부틸리튬, 소듐하이드라이드 또는 포타슘 3차 부톡시드인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 용매 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 용매가 에테르, 테트라히드로푸란, 디메틸포름아이드, 디메틸술폭시드 또는 이들 둘 이상의 혼합용매인 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 반응이 -10℃∼50℃의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
- 일반식(식중R1은 피리딜기이고 R2는 저급알콕시기, 저급알킬기, 할로겐원자, 트리플루오로메틸기, 저급알케닐기, 또는 메틸렌 디옥시기를 임의로 가질수 있는 페닐기, 티에닐기, 푸릴기, 나프틸기, 벤조티에닐기또는 피리딜기 이며 Z는 할로겐원자 이다)의 화합물을 일반식[식중 Y1은 황원자 또는 일반식( R4는 수소원자 또는 아세틸기를 나타내고 m은 0또는 1이다)의 기이고, n은 0~6의정수이며, R3는 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기 이다)의화합물과 반응 시킴을 특징으로 하는 일반식(식중 R1,R2,R3,n 및 Y1은 상기와 같다)의 화합물의 제조방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응이 염기 존재하는 수행되는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 염기가 소듐하이드라이드, 포타슘 3차 부톡시드, 탄산칼륨, 소듐메톡시드인 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, 반응이 용매 존재하에 수행되는 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 용매가 에테르, 테트라히드로푸란, 디메틸포름아미드, 디메틸술폭시드 또는 이들둘 이상의 혼합용매인 방법.
