Claims (5)
- 다음 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 염기 존재하 유기용매중에서 트리아졸과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(I)의 화합물의 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, Het는 방향족 헤테로 사이클릭 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, 탄산칼륨 존재시 N,N-디메틸포름아미드중 에용해 된반응물과 함께 수행하는방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, Het가 임의로 벤젠 또는 헤테로사이클릭환으로 융합될 수 있으며 헤테로 사이클릭 또는 융합된 환에서 플루오로, 클로로, 보로모, 요도, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 및 CF3에서 선택한 3개까지의 치환체로 임의 치환될 수 있는 N,S 또는 0에서 선택한 4개까지의 헤테로 원자를 함유한 5 또는 6원 방향족헤테로 사이클릭환 시스템인 방법,
- 제3항에 있어서, Het가 할로 또는 C1-C4알킬그룹으로 임의 치환될 수 있는 피리딜, 피리미디닐, 티에닐, 트리아졸릴 또는 테트라졸릴 그룹인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, Het가 5-클로로-2-피리닐 또는 5-클로로-2-티에닐 그룹인 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
