Claims (9)
- 일반식(XI)의 화합물을 아실화함을 특징으로 하여 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서R1및 R2는 C4-C5저급알콕시 또는 C1-C6저급알킬티오이고 ;R3는 수소 C1-C6저급알킬, C1-C6저급알콕시, 임의 치환된 페닐, 임의 치환된 페닐 저급알킬, 임의 치환된 페닐저급알콕시 아미노, 저급알킬아미노, 저급디알킬아미노, 할로, 시아노또는 S(O)nR [여기서 R은 C1-C6저급알킬 ; 임의 치환된 페닐 ; 임의 치환된 페닐 저급알킬 ; 또는 질소, 산소 및 황으로부터 선택된 1개 또는 2개의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 3개 내지 9개의 환원자를 가진 헤테로사이클릭아릴(여기서 헤테로사이클릭아릴은 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 할로 및 시아노로부터 선택된 1개 또는 그 이상의 치환제로 임의 치환될 수 있다)이고 n은 0, 1 또는 2이다], 및 이들의 약학적으로 허용된 산부가 염이며 ; W는 C1-C7알킬이고, 단 R1과 R2가 메톡시이고 W가 메틸인 경우, R3는 수소가 아니다.
- 제1항에 있어서 일반식(Ⅰ)' 의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 일반식에서R1,R2,R3및 W는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같다.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 C1-C6저급알콕시인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, R3가 플루오로, 클로로 및 브로모로부터 선택된 그룹인 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, R3가 시아노인 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 6-클로로-2,3-디메톡시-1,4-아세틸옥시나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 6-클로로-2,3-디-m-부톡시-1,4-아세틸옥시나프탈렌을 제조하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, R1과 R2가 C1-C6저급알킬티오인 방법.
- 제1항 내지 8항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물을 출발물질로 사용하는 방법.상기 일반식에서R1,R2및 R3는 제1항에서 정의된 바와 같다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
