Claims (5)

  1. (a) 다음 구조식의 중간체
    상기에서 R1과 R2는 후술하는 바와 같으며, A는 이탈기이다를 구조식 HNR3R4와 반응시키고 (b) X가 유황인 구조식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 제조시는 임의로 티아화하여, 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 그 약학적으로 사용가능한 염을 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R1은 C1-C6알킬, C5-C6사이클로알킬,
    R2는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, 트리풀루오로메틸, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오 또는 C1-C4알킬설포닐; R3는 수소, C1-C4알킬, 또는 C1-C4알콕시; R4는 사이클로프로필, C1-C4알킬 또는 C1-C4알콕시; R5는 할로겐, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, C1-C4할로알킬, C1-C4할로알콕시 또는 니트로; X는 0 또는 S이며; n은 0-3이다. 단 R3와 R4의 탄소수의 합계는 5를 초과하지 않으며; R1이 페닐이고, R5가 C1-C4알킬이며, R2가 수소, 알콕시, 알킬티오, 또는 알킬설포닐인 때, R5치환체는 페닐링의 2 또는 6위치가 아닌 위치에 존재하며; R3가 C1-C4알콕시인 때, R4는 C1-C4알콕시가 아니며; R1이 페닐이며, R5가 C1-C4알콕시이며, R2가 취소가 아닌때, R5치환체는 페닐링의 3 또는 5-위치가 아닌 위치에 존재한다.
  2. 제1항에서, R2가 염소 또는 취소인 구조식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에서, 5-브로모-1(3-플루오로페닐)-N-메틸-1H-피라졸-4-카복시마이드를 제조하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에서, R2가 트리플루오로메틸인 구조식(Ⅰ) 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에서, 5-(트리플루오로메틸-1-t-부틸-N-메틸-1S-파라졸-4-카복사마이드를 제조하는 방법.
