Claims (1)

  1. 다음 일반식(A)의 화합물을 환원시킴을 특징으로 하여 다음 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물 및 R1과 R2가 동일하지 않을 경우에는 이 화합물의 광학 및 시스-및 트랜스-이성체를 제조하는 방법.
    상기 식에서, R은 수소일 수 있으나; 바람직하게는 C1-C4알콕시 할로겐, 하이드록실, C3-C6사이클로알킬, 벤질옥시, 푸릴, 페닐, 할로페닐, C1-C|4알킬페닐, C1-C4알콕시페닐, 니트로페닐, 카복실, C1-C3알콕시카보닐, 시아노 혹은 트리(C1-C3) 알킬암모늄 중의 하나의 기에 의해 치환된 것일수도 있는 C1-C12의 알킬이거나; C1-C3알콕시, 페닐, 할로겐 혹은 C1-C3알콕시카보닐 중의 하나의 기에 의해, 또는 2개의 C1-C4알콕시기에 의해 또는 2개의 할로겐원자에 의해 치환된 것일 수도 있는 C3-C12알케닐이거나; 1개 혹은 2개의 C1-C3알킬기에 의해 치환된 것일 수도 있는 C3- C6사이클로알킬이거나; C3-C10알키닐이다.
    R1과 R2는 각각 C1-C3알킬 혹은 사이클로프로필로서, 단 R|1과 R2내의 탄소원자소의 합계는 2-5이며; R1과 R2가 그들이 부착되어 있는 탄소와 함께 취해질 경우, R1과 R2는 메틸에 의해 치환된 것일 수도 있는 C3-C6사이클로알킬고리를 형성할 수 있다.
    A는 질소 혹은 -CR3이다. W는 산소 혹은 황이다. X는 수소, 할로겐 혹은 메틸이다.
    Y와 Z는 각각 수소, 할로겐, C1-C6알킬, C1-C4하이드록시알킬, C1-C6알콕시, C1-C4알킬티오, 페녹시, C1-C4할로알킬, OCF2CHF|2, OCF3, OCHF2, 니트로 시아노, NR4R5, C3-C8의 직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알케닐옥시(1-3개의 할로겐에 의해 치환된 것일 수도 있는 것), C3-C8의 직쇄 혹은 측쇄 알키닐옥시(1-3개의 할로겐의 의해 치환된 것일 수도 있는 것), 혹은 페닐(1개의 C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시 혹은 할로겐에 의해 치환된 것일 수도 있는 것)이다.
    R3는 수소, 염소, 브롬, 요오드, C1-C4알킬, C1-C4알콕시, CF3, NO2, OCF3, OCHF2, 혹은 OCF2CHF2이다.
    R4는 수소 혹은 C1-C4알킬이다. R5는 C1-C4알킬이다. 또한, Y와 Z가 함께 취해질 경우, Y와 Z는 YZ가 다음의 (1) 혹은 (2)와 같은 고리를 형성할 수 있다. (1) 구조 -(CH2)n-; 여기서 n은 2,3,4 중의 하나의 정수이며, 단 A가 -CR3이면 X는 수소이다.
    (2) 구조,,, 혹은; 여기서 B는 산소 혹은 황이며, R9와 R10은 각각 수소, 할로겐, 페닐, 혹은 C1-C4알킬을 나타내고, R11과 R12는 각각 수소, C1-C4알킬, 혹은 페닐을 나타낸다.
