Claims (9)

  1. 2-R2-4-R4-5-Rn-페닐-2,4-디하이드로-3H-1,2,4-트리아졸-3-온을 브론 트리클로라이드의 존재하에서 비스-(트리사이클로헥실틴)설파이드와 반응시킴에 의해 상응하는 2,4-디하이드로-3H-1,2,4-트리아졸-3-온을 티온화 시킴을 특징으로 하여 일반식 (I)의 화합물 및 이의 토오토머를 제조하는 방법.
    상기식에서, R은 할로게노, C1-6저급알킬, C1-6저급알콕시, 하이드록시, 트리플루오로메틸, 또는 메틸렌디옥시이고, n은 0,1 또는 2이며, R2및 R4는 독립적으로 C1-6저급 알킬을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항의 반응혼합물을 플루오르화칼륨으로 처리함을 특징으로 하여 제1항의 반응 생성물의 유리를 촉진 시키는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, R이 클로로인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, R2및 R4가 각각 메틸인 방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, R이 클로로인 방법.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, R이 플루오로인 방법.
