Claims (6)
- (ⅰ) 2-클로로-1-트리플루오로메틸벤젠을 C1-C4알킬 리튬 또는 페닐 리튬과 반응시키고, 이때 반응은 유기용매중, -60℃ 이하의 온도에서 수행하며; (ⅱ) 단계ⅰ)의 생성물을 -60℃이하의 온도에서 N, N-디메틸포름아미드(DMF)와 반응시키고; (ⅲ) 단계(ⅱ)의 생성물을 물과 반응시킴을 특징으로 하여 2-클로로-3-트리플루오로메틸벤즈알데히드를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 단계(ⅰ)에서 n-부틸리튬을 사용하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 단계(ⅰ)에서 유기용매로서 테트라히드로푸란을 사용하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 단계(ⅱ)에서 디메틸포름아미드를 테트라히드로푸란중의 용액으로서 가하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계(ⅰ)과 단계(ⅱ)를 -60℃ 내지 -80℃에서 수행하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 단계(ⅲ)을 5℃ 내지 25℃에서 수행하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
