Claims (1)
- 밀집될 수 있는 물질의 입자가 폴리이스시아네이트 조성물과 접촉되고 처리된 입자가 가열 및 가압에 의하여 판으로 제조되는 입자판의 제조방법에 있어서;상기 입자를 상기 폴리이스시아네이트와 처리하는 것 외에, 상기 폴리이스시이네이트 100중량부당 하기 구조식(Ⅰ)화합물 약 0.1-약 20부와 접촉시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 입자판의 제조방법 :상기에서 R은 탄소수가 적어도 3개인 알킬, 탄소수가 적어도 3개인 알케닐, 아릴, 적어도 1개의 알킬로치환된 아릴, 1-2개의 아실록시기(아실기 탄소수가 적어도 2개인 지방족 모노카르복실산의 잔류물인)로 치환된 저급알킬과 하기 구조식의 화합물들로부터 선정되며 :상기식에서 R2는 알킬, 아릴과 적어도 1개의 알킬로 치환된 아릴로 부터 선정되며 A와 B중 하나는 수소이며 다른 하나는 수소, 메틸, 클로로메틸과 2,2,2-트리클로로에틸로부터 선정되며 m은 평균 1-25이며;R1은 염소, 브롬, 저급 알콕시, 저급 알킬메르캅토, 아릴아미노, 모노(저급알킬)아미노, 디(저급 알킬)아미노, 하이드록시(저급 알킬렌)옥시, 아릴옥시, 하이드로카르빌루레이드와 하기 구조식의 에놀 잔류물로 부터 선정되며 :상기에서 R3는 하이드로 카르빌이고, R4는 수소, 하이드로카르빌, 알콕시 및 카르브알콕시로부터 선정되며 R3와 R4는 함께 시클로알케닐 기의 잔류물를 나타내며;X는 산소와 황으로부터 선정되는 할로겐이며 n은 1-2의 정수이며, 단, n=1일때 2개의 R기중에서 하나는 메틸과 에틸로부터 선정될 수 있으며, n=1일 때 서로함께 부착된 P와 함께 두 RX기들은 5-6의 환원자들을 갖는 복소환식 핵의 잔류물을 부가적으로 형성할 수 있다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
