Abstract

본 발명의 주제는 적어도 한 종의 불소화 아민의 모노 - 또는 디알킬 포스페이트, 적어도 한 종의 4차 암모늄모노 - 또는 디알킬포스페이트 및 선택적으로 4차 염화 암모늄을 용액에 함유하는 할로겐화 지방족 용매를 기재로 하는 탈수 또는 탈지 조성물에 관한 것이다.

Claims (14)

  1. 실온에서 액체이면서 비점이 87℃를 초과하지 않는 적어도 한종의 할로겐화 지방족 용매중의 표면-활성물질의 용액을 필수적으로 함유하는 탈수 또는 탈지 조성물에 있어서, 상기 표면 활성 물질이
    a) 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물 :
    b) 적어도 하나의 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물 :
    c) 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 :
    을 상기 화합물(Ⅳ) 및 (Ⅴ) 당, 1.5∼0.7 몰의 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물, 0.5∼0.3 몰의 일반식(Ⅴ)의 화합물 및 0∼0.5 몰의 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물의 비율으로 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
    〔상기 식에서, p는 1∼2 범위의 수이고, R은 탄소수 1∼18의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬 라디칼이며, R1및 R2는 동일 또는 상이하고, 그 각각은 수소원자 또는 탄소수 1∼4의 알킬 또는 히드록시알킬 라디칼이며, RF는 탄소수 2∼20의 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 피플루오로알킬 라디칼이고, X는 선택적으로 부분적인 할로겐화 2가의 기이며, R´는 탄소수 6∼18의 직쇄 또는 분자쇄 알킬 라디칼이고, R˝는 메틸 또는 에틸 라디칼이다.〕
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 일반식(Ⅳ) 및 (Ⅴ)의 화합물 1몰당 일반식(Ⅳ) 및 (Ⅴ)는 약 동몰비로 존재하고, 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물의 함량은 0.1∼0.5 몰, 바람직하게는 약 0.2몰임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  3. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 할로겐화 지방족 용매는 클로로플루오로카본, 히드로클로로플루오로카본, 불소화 용매, 불소화 에테르 또는 상기 용매 상호간의 혼합물 또는 상기 용매와 포화 또는 불포화 히드로플루오로카본의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 할로겐화 지방족 용매가 1,1,2-트리클로로- 1,2,2-트리플루오로에탄,1,1-디클로로-1-플루오로에탄, 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄 또는 1,1-디클로로-2,2,3,3,3-펜타플루오프로판임을 특징으로 하는 조성물
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, 표면-활성 물질의 함량이 0.01∼30중량 % 임을 특징으로 하는 조성물.
  6. 할로겐화 지방족 용매 또는 이러한 용매의 혼합물로서, 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 모노-또는 디알킬인사 1 몰 ;
    (RO)P(HO)2-PPO2H (Ⅱ)
    과 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 불소화 아민 0.5∼0.7 몰 :
    알킬리 염기 0.5∼0.3 몰 및 마지막으로 하기 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 4차 염화 암모늄 0.3∼1몰 :
    을, 몰비 : (아민 Ⅰ + 알칼리 염기)/산 Ⅱ는 1이고, 염화물 Ⅲ의 몰량은 적어도 알칼리 염기의 몰량과 동일하며 몰비 : (염화물 Ⅲ-알칼리 염기)/산 Ⅱ는 0.5미만이 되도록 반응시킨 다음, 생성된 알칼리 염화물을 분리제거함을 특징으로 하는 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 제조방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 시약을 (Ⅱ), (Ⅰ), 알칼리 염기, (Ⅲ)의 순서로 도입하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 알칼리 염기는 수산화 나트륨임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  9. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 생성된 알칼리 염화물을 여과에 의한 분리, 원심분리, 디칸팅(decanting) 또는 물로 추출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  10. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 모노알킬인산 및 디알킬인산의 혼합물을 약 60/40∼40/60의 중량 비율로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  11. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 불소화 아민은 식 RFC2H4SO2NIICH2CH2CH2N(CH3)2또는 식 RFC2H4CONHCH2CH2CH2N(CH3)2의 아민류에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  12. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 4차 염화 암모늄이 염화 디메틸디도메실암모늄 또는 염화 디메틸옥타데실암모늄임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  13. 제6항 또는 7항에 있어서, 몰비 : (염화물 Ⅲ-알칼리 염기)/산 Ⅱ가 약 0.2 임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  14. 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 한 항에 따른 조성물의 고체 표면을 탈 수 또는 탈지하기 위한 용도
