Claims (3)
- 다음 구조식(Ⅳ)의 아세틸―신나민산 유도체를 다음 구조식(Ⅴ)의 벤즈알데히드와 축합시키고, 필요하면 기하학적 이성체를 분리함을 특징으로 하는 다음 구조식(Ⅰ)의 신규 신나모일―신나민산유도체를 제조하는 방법.상기식에서 X0, X1, X2, X3, 및 X4는 같거나 다르며 각각 수소원자, 할로겐, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시 NRR´기(여기에서 R 및 R´는 같거나 다르며 각각 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기이다). NO2기, CF3기 또는 OH기 이며 :R1은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬기이며 :R2는 수소원자, OR3(여기에서 R3는 저급알킬기이다). 또는 O(CH2)nNR4R5(여기에서 n은 1-5의 정수이며, R4및 R5는 같거나 다르며 각각 수소원자, 저급알킬기이거나 또는 이들이 결합된 질소원자와 함께 5∼7의 복소환을 형성할 수도 있다. 이 복소환은 치환될 수도 있으며, N, O와 같은 1이상의 복소원자를 포함할 수도 있다).
- 제1항에 있어서, 아세틸―신나민산 유도체(Ⅳ) (Y=OH 또는 탄소수 1-4의 알콕시)를 알카리 수용액(400g/l 농도의 가성 소다수용액이 바람직함) 중에서 벤즈알데히드(Ⅴ)와 반응시킴을 특징으로 하는 구조식(Ⅰ)의 산을 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에서 Y가 OH 또는 탄소수 1-4의 알콕시기인 구조식(Ⅰ)화합물을 제조함에 있어서, 아세틸―신나민산 유도체(Ⅳ) (Y=OH 또는 탄소수 1-4의 알콕시기)를 기체상 HCI로 포화시킨 탄소수 1-4의 저급알콜중에서 벤즈알데히드 Ⅴ와 반응시켜서 구조식(Ⅳ) 화합물의 에스테르기에 상당하는 탄소수 1-4인 에스테르를 얻음을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
