Claims (1)
- 플루오로벤조일 인돌린-2-온을 알칼리금속 알킬설파이드와 반응시키고 산 가수분해시켜 7-(알킬티오벤조일)인돌린-2-온을 얻은후 이를 알칼리금속 염기와 가수분해하여 2-아미노-3-(알킬티오벤조일)폐닐아세트산의 금속염을 얻고, 필요한 경우 상기 알칼리 금속염의 수용액에 아세트산을 가하여 R'이 수소인 유리산을 얻고, 필요한 경우 상기 금속염을 적당한 용매내에서 저급알킬 요오다이드로 처리하여 R'이 저급알킬인 에스테르를 얻음을 특징으로하여 다음 구조식(I)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서R은 수소 또는 저급알킬이고R1은 수소, 저급알킬 또는 약학적으로 허용되는 금속양이온이고R2는 수소, 할로겐, 저급알킬 또는 저급알콕시이고Am은 1급 아미노(-NH2), 메틸아미노 또는 디메틸아미노이다.* 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
