Claims (2)
- 염화붕소 및 염화알미늄 존재하에서 구조식(Ⅰ)의 인돌린과 구조식 R1CN의 니트릴이 아실화반응(Acylation)으로 생성되는 구조식(Ⅱ)의 7-아실인돌린을 탈수소반응(Dehydrogenation)을 시켜 구조식(Ⅲ)의 7-아실인돌을 만들고 다시 이를 할로겐화반응(Halogen ation)을 시켜 생성되는 구조식(Ⅳ)의 7-아실-3-할로인돌을 인산존재하에서 가수분해(Hydrolysis)하여 구조식(Ⅴ)의 7-아실인돌린-2-온을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서R은 수소, 할로겐, 저급알킬, 저급알콕시, 및 트리플루오로메틸이고R1은 저급알킬, 알킬페닐, 시클로알킬 및 아릴이고R2는 수소, 저급알킬 및 벤질이다.
- 특허청구의 범위 1의 제조방법에 따라 제조한 7-아실인돌린-2-온을 수용성 염기용액에서 가수분해하여 구조식(Ⅵ)의 2-아미노-3-아실페닐아세트산을 제조하는 방법.상기 구조식에서R, R1및 R2는 상기 정의와 동일하고R3는 수소 저급알킬 또는 양이온이다.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
