Claims (3)
- 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 환원성 알킬화 조건하에 반응시키고, 경우에 따라 계속해서 보호그룹을 제거하거나; 일반식(Ⅴ)의 아미노케톤을 환원시키거나; 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물로부터 가수소분해 또는 산성 또는 염기성 이누화에 의해 보호그룹을 제거하고; 경우에 따라, 수득된 생성물을 에난티오머로 단리시키고/시키거나, 생성물이 염기로 수득된 경우에는 산부가염으로 전환시키고, 산가부가염으로 수득된 경우에는 염기로 전환시킴을 특징으로 하여, 에난티오머의 혼합물의 형태 또는 유리에난티오머 형태의 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물, 및 그의 산부가염을 제조하는 방법.상기식에서, n은 1 또는 2를 나타내며; R1은 수소, COR2또는 SO2R3를 나타내고; R2는 수소, C1―4알킬 C1―4알콕시 또는 NH―(C1―4알킬)을 나타내며; R3는 C1―4알킬을 나타내고; A는 CHO 또는(여기에서 R′는 H 또는 C1―4알킬을 나타낸다)을 나타내며; R은 가수분해 또는 가수소분해로 제거될 수 있는 보호그룹을 나타내고; R″´는 NH2, NHCOR2, NHSO2R3또는 NO2를 나타내며; R″´는 수소, CH2―아릴, CO―(C1―4알킬) 또는 CO―아릴을 나타내고; RIV는 수소 또는 가수소분해로 제거될 수 있는 그룹을 나타내며, 단 R″´및 RIV중의 적어도 하나는 제거되어야 하는 그룹이다.
- 제1항에 있어서, R1이 COR2이고, 여기에서 R2는 제1항에서 정의한 바와 같은 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물을 제조하는 방법.
