Claims (6)
- 구리 합금의 용도로서,
상기 구리 합금은 중량 퍼센트(용융물 질량 분석에 의한 % 단위의 비율)로,
은(Ag) 0.020 내지 0.50,
지르코늄(Zr) 0.050 내지 0.50,
인(P) 0.060 이하,
크롬(Cr) 0.005 이하, 및
잔부인 불가피 불순물을 포함하여 구리(Cu) 및 다른 합금 원소
로 구성되고, 다른 합금 원소의 비율은 0.50 이하이고, 몰드 플레이트, 몰드 튜브, 주조 휠, 주조 드럼, 주조 롤러, 용융 도가니로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 주조 몰드 구성요소 또는 주조 몰드를 위한 재료로서의 구리 합금의 용도. - 제1항에 있어서, 구리 합금은
은(Ag) 0.080 내지 0.120,
지르코늄(Zr) 0.070 내지 0.200,
인(P) 0.0015 내지 0.025,
크롬(Cr) 0.005 이하, 및
잔부인 불가피 불순물을 포함하여 구리(Cu) 및 다른 합금 원소
로 구성되고, 다른 합금 원소의 비율은 0.10 이하인 것인 구리 합금의 용도. - 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 구리 합금은 50 내지 54 MS/m 범위의 전기전도율을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주조 몰드 또는 주조 몰드 구성요소는 주조 공정 중에 주조 재료를 향하는 고온 측의 영역에서 금속 용융물의 열 영향 하에서 상기 고온 측에서 연화, 재결정화, 또는 연화 및 재결정화되고, 주조 몰드 또는 주조 몰드 구성요소는, 주조 공정 중에 구리 합금이 연화 또는 재결정화되지 않고, 금속 용융물을 향하는 측보다 높은 강도를 갖는 냉각된 저온 측을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금의 용도.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 구리 합금은 주조 후, 600 내지 1000 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 열간 성형되고, 이어서 성형 온도로부터 50 내지 2000 K/min으로 켄칭(quenching)되며, 후속하여 10 내지 50 %만큼 냉간 성형되고, 최종적으로 350 내지 500 ℃의 온도에서 경화되거나, 또는 600 내지 1000 ℃ 범위의 온도에서 용체화 처리되고, 10 내지 50 %만큼 냉간 성형되며, 최종적으로 350 내지 500 ℃의 온도에서 경화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금의 용도.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 재료는 경화 후 다시 냉간 성형되는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리 합금의 용도.
