Claims (5)
- 솔레노이드(100)에 있어서,
통전 시 자력을 발생시키도록 구성되는 코일(20);
축 방향(AD)을 따르는 측면부(12) 및 축 방향과 교차하는 방향을 따라 형성된 바닥부(14)를 포함하며, 상기 코일을 수용하도록 구성되는 요크(10);
축 방향으로 슬라이딩하도록 구성된 기둥 형상(柱狀)의 플런저(30);
자기 흡인 코어(50), 슬라이딩 코어(60) 및 자속 통과 억제부(70)를 포함하는 스테이터 코어(40); 및
상기 자기 흡인 코어의 축 방향으로의 단부로서 선단면을 향하는 측면에 대향하는 자기 흡인 코어 단부(54)의 반경 방향 외측으로 배치되고, 상기 자기 흡인 코어와 상기 측면부 사이에서 자속을 전달하도록 구성되는 제2 자속 전달부(80)를 포함하며,
상기 스테이터 코어(40)에서, 상기 자기 흡인 코어(50)는, 상기 플런저의 선단면(32)을 향하도록 축 방향으로 배치되며 상기 코일에 의해 발생된 자력에 의해 상기 플런저를 자기적으로 끌어당기도록 구성되며; 상기 슬라이딩 코어(60)는, 축 방향에 수직인 반경 방향으로 상기 코일 내부에 배치되며 상기 플런저를 수용하는 원통형 코어부(61), 및 축 방향에서 상기 코어부의 단부이며 상기 바닥부를 향하는 코어 단부로부터 반경 방향 외측을 향하도록 형성되고 상기 요크와 상기 코어부 사이에서 자속을 전달하도록 구성되는 제1 자속 전달부(65)를 가지며; 상기 자속 통과 억제부(70)는, 상기 슬라이딩 코어와 상기 자기 흡인 코어 사이에서 자속의 통과를 억제하도록 구성되며,
외부와 연통하여 축 방향으로 연장되는 제1 호흡홈(121)이 상기 요크의 내주면(11) 상에 형성되는
솔레노이드.
- 제1항에 있어서,
축 방향으로 연장되는 제2 호흡홈(122) 및 원주 방향으로 연장되며 상기 제1 호흡홈 및 제2 호흡홈과 연통하는 원주 방향 홈(130)은, 상기 요크의 내주면과 상기 코일의 외주면 중 적어도 하나에 형성되는
솔레노이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
축 방향으로 연장되며 외경 방향으로 돌출하는 돌출부(123)는, 상기 요크의 외주면(S12) 상에 제1 호흡홈에 대응하는 위치에 형성되는
솔레노이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
상기 자속 통과 억제부는, 서로 분리되어 형성되는 자기 흡인 코어와 슬라이딩 코어를 물리적으로 연결하는 비자성 연결부를 포함하는
솔레노이드.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,
비자성체로 형성되는 필름부(30e)는,
상기 플런저의 외주면의 적어도 일부 또는 상기 스테이터 코어의 내벽면의 적어도 일부를 덮거나,
상기 플런저의 외주면의 일부 및 상기 스테이터의 내벽면의 일부를 모두 덮는
솔레노이드.
