Claims (8)
- 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제(copolyester hot-melt adhesive)에 있어서, 원료는 비스페놀 A(bisphenol A), 말레산(maleic acid), 테레프탈산(terephthalic acid), 다른 이염기산(dibasic acid), 1,4-부탄디올(1,4-nutanediol) 및 다른 디올(dibasic alcohol)을 포함하되, 상기 원료의 몰비는
말레산에 대한 비스페놀 A의 몰비가 1.05:1 내지 1.15:1;
다른 이염기산에 대한 테레프탈산의 몰비는 1:0.2 내지 1:0.5;
다른 디올에 대한 1,4-부탄디올의 몰비는 1:0.2 내지 1:0.35;
1,4-부탄디올 및 다른 디올의 총 카르복실기에 대한 테레프탈산과 다른 이염기산의 총 카르복실기의 몰비는 1:1.5; 및
테레프탈산과 다른 이염기산의 몰수에 대한 비스페놀 A와 말레산의 총 몰수의 몰비는 0.4:1 내지 0.6:1임을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 원료는 촉매제들과 안정제를 더 포함하되, 상기 촉매제들은 일부틸 주석산(monobutyl stannic acid)과 테트라부틸 티타네이트(tetrabutyl titanate)를 포함하고, 일부틸 주석산과 테트라부틸 티타네이트 각각은 테레프탈산의 0.03 중량% 내지 0.06 중량%를 차지하며, 상기 안정제는 트리페닐 아인산(triphenyl phosphite)이며 테레프탈산의 0.03 중량% 내지 0.07 중량%를 차지함을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 이염기산은 1,10-데칸이산(1,10-decanedioic acid)과 1,6-헥산이산(1,6-hexanedioic acid)으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택한 하나임을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제. - 제 1 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 디올은 에탄디올(ethanediol)과 1,3-프로판디올(1,3-propanediol)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택한 하나임을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제. - 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제를 제조하는 방법에 있어서,
1) 원료를 미리 정한 비율로 선택하되, 상기 원료는 비스페놀 A(bisphenol A), 말레산(maleic acid), 테레프탈산(terephthalic acid), 다른 이염기산(dibasic acid), 1,4-부탄디올(1,4-nutanediol), 다른 디올(dibasic alcohol), 촉매제들 및 안정제를 포함하는 단계;
2) 프리폴리머를 얻기 위해, 교반기를 구비한 반응 케틀(reaction kettle)에 상기 비스페놀 A, 상기 말레산 및 상기 촉매제들 중 제 1 촉매제를 첨가하고, 160°C 내지 170°C로 천천히 가열하며, -0.09Mpa 내지 -0.1Mpa의 압력에서 3.0 시간 동안 반응시키는 단계;
3) 2) 단계에서 얻은 상기 프리폴리머, 상기 테레프탈산, 상기 다른 이염기산, 상기 1,4-부탄디올, 상기 다른 디올 및 상기 촉매제들 중 제 2 촉매제를 교반기를 구비한 반응 케틀에 첨가하고, 질소 보호 분위기에서 190°C 내지 200°C로 가열하며, 상기 반응 시스템에서 물이 증류되면, 증류수 양이 이론적인 증류량의 95% 이상이 될 때까지 온도 조절 반응을 실시함으로써, 에스테르화 반응을 마치는 단계; 및
4) 15분 내지 20분 동안 유지한 후, 상기 안정제를 첨가하고, 반응 온도를 235°C 내지 240°C로 지속적으로 상승시키고, 중축합 반응(polycondensation)을 실시하며, 상기 시스템의 진공도가 80Pa에 이른 후, 중축합 반응을 60분 내지 70분 동안 지속함으로써, 상기 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제를 얻는 단계를 구비하되,
상기 원료의 미리 정한 비율은
말레산에 대한 비스페놀 A의 몰비가 1.05:1 내지 1.15:1;
다른 이염기산에 대한 테레프탈산의 몰비는 1:0.2 내지 1:0.5;
다른 디올에 대한 1,4-부탄디올의 몰비는 1:0.2 내지 1:0.35;
1,4-부탄디올 및 다른 디올의 총 카르복실기에 대한 테레프탈산과 다른 이염기산의 총 카르복실기의 몰비는 1:1.5;
테레프탈산과 다른 이염기산의 몰수에 대한 비스페놀 A와 말레산의 총 몰수의 몰비는 0.4:1 내지 0.6:1;
상기 촉매제들 중 상기 제 1 촉매제와 상기 촉매제들 중 상기 제 2 촉매제는 일부틸 주석산(monobutyl stannic acid)과 테트라부틸 티타네이트(tetrabutyl titanate)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되고, 상기 제 1 촉매제와 상기 제 2 촉매제 각각은 테레프탈산의 0.03 중량% 내지 0.06 중량%; 및
상기 안정제는 트리페닐 아인산(triphenyl phosphite)이며 테레프탈산의 0.03 중량% 내지 0.07 중량%임을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제를 제조하는 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
2) 단계에서 첨가된 상기 촉매제들 중 제 1 촉매제는 일부틸 주석산이고, 3) 단계에서 첨가된 상기 촉매제들 중 제 2 촉매제는 테트라부틸 티타네이트임을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제를 제조하는 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 이염기산은 1,10-데칸이산(1,10-decanedioic acid)과 1,6-헥산이산(1,6-hexanedioic acid)으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택한 하나임을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제를 제조하는 방법. - 제 5 항에 있어서,
상기 다른 디올은 에탄디올(ethanediol)과 1,3-프로판디올(1,3-propanediol)로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택한 하나임을 특징으로 하는, 새로운 코폴리에스테르 열용융 접착제를 제조하는 방법.
