Abstract
PURPOSE:The titled composition, consisting of a specific polyester, a polyamide, a polyurethane resin, etc. and a specific amount of an oxide, inorganic salt, etc. of a metal selected from Groups II and III in the periodic table, and capable of retaining the adhesive force even after washing with water and dry cleaning. CONSTITUTION:(A) 100pts.wt. polyester, polyamide, polyurethane or polyamide- polyurea resin having a molecular weight of 4000-30000 and one or more -SO3M groups (M is H, sodium or potassium atom) linked to the aromatic nucleus in the molecule, e.g. obtained by copolymerizing sodium sulfoisophthalate with a lower alkyl ester of the carboxylic acid, is incorporated with (B) 0.5-20pts.wt. an oxide, hydroxide, organic salt or inorganic salt of a metal selected from Groups II and III in the periodic table, preferably magnesium carbonate or calcium phosphate, to give the aimed composition.
