Description
여기서, 고굴절률 박막층은 TiO2, Ta2O5, Ti2O3, Si3N4, Ti3O5, ZrO2, Nb2O5, DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon), 또는 DLC+Si, DLC+Ti와 같이 DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon)를 주성분으로 하는 물질 중 어느 하나로 형성될 수 있다. 저굴절률 박막층은 SiO2, MgF2, DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon), 또는 DLC+Si, DLC+Ti와 같이 DLC(Diamond-Like Carbon)를 주성분으로 하는 물질 중 어느 하나로 형성될 수 있다.
PLC(Polymer Like Carbon), DLC(Diamond Like Carbon), GLC(Graphite Like Carbon)로 분류된다.
