Claims (25)
- 하기 화학식 I로 표시되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.<화학식 I>[식 중, R1 및 R2는 각각 독립적으로 수소 원자 또는 직쇄상 혹은 분지상의 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기를 나타내고, R3은 수소 원자, 직쇄상 혹은 분지상의 탄소수 1 내지 6의 알킬기 또는 아릴기를 나타내고, R4는 단결합 또는 직쇄상 혹은 분지상의 탄소수 1 내지 5의 알킬렌기를 나타내고, R5는 수소 원자 또는 메틸기를 나타내고, R6은 산소 원자, 황 원자 또는 이미노기를 나타내며, n은 2 내지 12의 정수를 나타내고, m은 1 내지 300의 정수를 나타내며, X는 지방족 화합물의 잔기, 페놀성 수산기를 갖지 않는 방향족 화합물의 잔기 또는 복소환식 화합물의 잔기를 나타낸다.]
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, n이 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, R6이 산소 원자이고, X가 불소를 함유하는 잔기이고, m이 1 또는 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, R6이 산소 원자이고, X가 페놀성 수산기를 갖지 않는 방향족 화합물의 잔기이고, m이 2인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, R6이 산소 원자이고, X가 분지되어도 되는 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬렌기를 갖는 알킬렌글리콜, 디에틸렌글리콜, 디프로필렌글리콜, 글리세린, 트리메틸올프로판, 펜타에리트리톨, 디펜타에리트리톨, 시클로헥산디올, 시클로헥산디메탄올, 노르보르넨 디메탄올, 수소화 비스페놀 A, 트리스-2-히드록시에틸 이소시아누레이트, 2-히드록시에틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 4-히드록시부틸 (메트)아크릴레이트, 노르보르넨 메탄올, 또는 분지 혹은 환을 형성하여도 되는 탄소수 2 내지 10의 알킬렌기를 갖는 알킬렌 모노올의 알코올 잔기인 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, R6이 산소 원자이고, X가 불포화기를 포함하는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, R6이 황 원자이고, X가 지방족 화합물의 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, R6이 이미노기이고, X가 지방족 화합물의 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 II 중, X가 활성 수소를 갖는 관능기를 포함하는 반복 단위를 갖는, 분자량 2,000 내지 100,000의 중합체 화합물의 잔기인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제17항에 있어서, 상기 활성 수소를 갖는 관능기가 수산기이고, 상기 중합체 화합물이 폴리히드록시 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드록시 화합물이 폴리에스테르 폴리올 화합물, 폴리카르보네이트 폴리올 화합물, 폴리에테르 폴리올 화합물, 폴리우레탄 폴리올 화합물, 히드록시알킬 (메트)아크릴레이트의 단독중합체 혹은 공중합체, 또는 에폭시 (메트)아크릴레이트 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제18항에 있어서, 상기 폴리히드록시 화합물이 카르복실기를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물.
- 제1항에 기재된 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물 (A)와, 중합 개시제 (B)를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 반응성 단량체 (C)를 더 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제21항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물 (A)의 SP값이 10.5 내지 11.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조성물.
- 제22항에 있어서, 상기 에틸렌성 불포화기 함유 반응성 우레탄 화합물 (A)와 반응성 단량체 (C)를 합친 SP값이 10.5 내지 11.0인 것을 특징으로 하는 경화성 조 성물.
- 제21항에 기재된 경화성 조성물을 경화함으로써 형성된 경화물.
