Claims (4)
- 철강제의 기재와, 이 기재 상에 순차적으로 형성된, 결정화된 절삭 가공층 및 이형층을 구비하는 글래스 성형용 금형으로서,상기 절삭 가공층은 인 농도 1 내지 15질량%의 니켈 합금층이며, 상기 이형층은 이리듐, 레늄 및 탄소 농도 1 내지 50at%의 탄소로 이루어지는 합금층인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스 성형용 금형.
- 철강제의 기재와, 이 기재 상에 순차적으로 형성된, 절삭 가공층 및 이형층을 구비하는 글래스 성형용 금형을 제조하는 방법으로서, 기재 상에 상기 절삭 가공층을 형성한 후에 가열함으로써 결정화시키고, 그 후에 상기 이형층을 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스 성형용 금형의 제조 방법.
- 철강제의 기재와, 이 기재 상에 순차적으로 형성된, 절삭 가공층, 중간층 및 이형층을 구비하는 글래스 성형용 금형으로서,상기 절삭 가공층은 인 농도 1 내지 15질량%의 니켈 합금층이며, 상기 중간층은 크롬, 니켈, 구리, 코발트 중 어느 하나로 이루어지는 층 혹은 이들 원소의 적어도 1종 이상을 포함하는 합금층이며, 또한 상기 이형층은 이리듐, 레늄 및 탄소 농도 1 내지 50at%의 탄소로 이루어지는 합금층을 함유하는 합금층인 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스 성형용 금형.
- 철강제의 기재와, 이 기재 상에 순차적으로 형성된, 절삭 가공층, 중간층 및 이형층을 구비하는 글래스 성형용 금형을 제조하는 방법으로서, 기재 상에 절삭 가공층을 형성한 후에 가열함으로써 결정화시키고, 그 후에 상기 중간층 및 이형층을 순차적으로 형성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 글래스 성형용 금형의 제조 방법.
