Description
Claims (11)
- 타이어가 수용되는 타이어 금형을 가열하기 위한 가열 유닛이며,열전도에 의해 타이어 금형을 가열하는 강자성 금속 부재와,상기 강자성 금속 부재에 대해 타이어 금형과는 반대측에 배치되고 또한 자력선을 생성하여 상기 강자성 금속 부재를 유도 가열하는 유도 가열 코일과,상기 유도 가열 코일에 대해 상기 강자성 금속 부재와는 반대측에 배치되고 또한 상기 유도 가열 코일이 생성한 자력선을 차폐하는 비자성 도체와,상기 비자성 도체, 상기 유도 가열 코일 및 상기 강자성 금속 부재의 상대적인 위치 관계를 설정하는 위치 결정 수단을 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 유닛.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 위치 결정 수단으로서, 상기 비자성 도체와 상기 유도 가열 코일 사이의 거리를 설정하는 제1 스페이서를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 유닛.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 위치 결정 수단으로서, 상기 강자성 금속 부재와 상기 유도 가열 코일 사이의 거리를 설정하는 제2 스페이서를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 유도 가열 코일과 상기 강자성 금속 부재 사이에 단열 부재를 더 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비자성 도체와 상기 유도 가열 코일 사이에 강자성 비도체 부재를 더 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 비자성 도체는 알루미늄인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 유닛.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 강자성 금속 부재는 투자율이 100 내지 1000의 강제 부재인 것을 특징으로 하는 가열 유닛.
- 타이어가 수용되는 타이어 금형을 갖고,제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 상기 가열 유닛이, 상기 타이어 금형을 사이에 두고 상하에 2개 대향 배치되어 있고,2개의 상기 가열 유닛이 상기 타이어 금형의 상하로부터 상기 타이어 금형을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 가열 장치.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 상기 가열 유닛과,복수의 분할 세그먼트로 이루어지고 또한 내부에 환 형상 구멍이 형성된 타이어 금형을 갖고, 상기 환 형상 구멍에는 고열확산율을 갖는 충전 물질이 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 가열 장치.
- 가열용 스팀 봉입을 위해 형성된 환 형상 구멍을 내부에 갖는 타이어 금형과,열전도에 의해 상기 타이어 금형을 가열하는 가열 기구를 구비하고,상기 환 형상 구멍에는 고열확산율을 갖는 충전 물질이 충전되어 있고,상기 타이어 금형이 상기 가열 기구에 의해 가열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 가열 장치.
- 가열용 스팀 봉입을 위해 형성된 환 형상 구멍을 내부에 갖는 타이어 금형의 개조 방법이며,상기 환 형상 구멍에 고열확산율을 갖는 충전 물질을 충전하고,열전도에 의해 상기 타이어 금형을 가열하는 가열 기구를 설치하고,상기 타이어 금형을 상기 가열 기구에 의해 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어 금형의 개조 방법.
