Claims (4)
- 요철 의장면을 갖는 원판의 표면에 하부 도장층, 중간 도장층이 순차로 형성되며, 당해 중간 도장층의 표면에 비드가 혼입된 제1 클리어층이 형성되고, 당해 제1 클리어층의 표면으로서, 당해 의장면의 볼록부로부터 오목부로 향하는 볼록부 테두리각으로부터 근방 부분에 걸쳐서 투명 또는 반투명의 제2 클리어층이 형성되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 외벽판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 볼록부 테두리각으로부터 오목부로 향하는 경사면의 경사 각도가 30도 이상임을 특징으로 하는 외벽판.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 제2 클리어층의 후막층의 두께가 10㎛ 이상임을 특징으로 하는 외벽판.
- 요철 의장면을 갖는 원판의 표면에 하부 도장층, 중간 도장층을 순차로 형성하는 제1 도장 공정과 당해 중간 도장층의 표면에 비드가 혼입된 제1 클리어층을 형성하는 제2 도장 공정과 당해 제1 클리어층의 표면으로서 당해 볼록부로부터 오목부로 향하는 볼록부 테두리각으로부터 근방 부분에 투명 또는 반투명의 제2 클리어층을 형성하는 제3 도장 공정을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 외벽판의 도장방법.
