Claims (9)
- 하기 식 1의 청색발광화합물.(상기 화학식 1에서 A1 ~ A4 는 각각 독립적으로 치환되거나 치환되지 않은 탄소수 6 내지 20의 아릴기, 탄소수 4 내지 19의 N, S, O을 포함하는 헤테로아릴기이며, 상기 치환체는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시, 시아노, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬아미노, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬실릴기, 할로겐, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴옥시기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴아미노기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴실릴기 및 수소로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 어느 하나이되, 상기 A1 ~ A 4의 치환기는 하나 이상의 시아노기 및 하나 이상의 알킬실릴기 또는 아릴실릴기를 포함함. (단, n = 0 ~ 1))

- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 정공수송층의 하부에 정공주입층이 더 적층 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 전자수송층의 상부에 전자주입층이 더 적층 되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 정공수송층은 N,N'-비스(3-메틸페닐)-N,N'-디페닐 -[1,1-비페닐]-4,4'- 디아민(TPD) 또는 N,N'-디(나프탈렌-1-일)-N,N'-디페닐 벤지딘(α-NPD)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 정공주입층은 CuPc, TCTA, m-MTDATA 또는 DAPEB 를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
