Claims (8)
- 하기 식 (1)로 표시되는 적색 인광 화합물 :(상기 식에서 R1 내지 R6 은 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알콕시기, 할로겐기, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬할로겐기, 치환 또는 비치환된 탄소수 5 내지 18의 아릴기, 탄소수 5 내지 18의 시클로알킬기, 또는 N, O 및 S로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 하나 이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 5원 내지 18원의 방향족 헤테로고리기를 나타내고,TMS는 트리메틸실릴기이며,상기 R1 내지 R6이 치환된 아릴기 또는 헤테로아릴기인 경우에는 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알콕시기, 시아노기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬아미노기, 탄소수 1 내지 10의 알킬실릴기, 할로겐기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴옥시기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴아미노기, 탄소수 6 내지 10의 아릴실릴기, 탄소수 3 내지 19의 헤테로아릴기 및 수소로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 하나 이상의 치환기에 의하여 치환되고,또한 A1 내지 A3는 각각 독립적으로 수소, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬기, 할로겐기, 탄소수 1 내지 18의 알킬할로겐기, 탄소수 5 내지 18의 아릴기, 탄소수 5 내지 18의 시클로알킬기를 나타낸다. 또한 A2는 A1 또는 A3와 환상구조를 형성할 수 있음).
- 삭제
- 애노드, 유기발광층, 및 캐소드를 포함하는 유기전계발광소자에 있어서, 상기 유기발광층은 상기 청구항 제 1항 또는 제 3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 적색 인광 화합물을 포함하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 유기전계발광소자는 상기 애노드와 상기 유기발광층 사이에 적층된 정공수송층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 유기전계발광소자는 상기 유기발광층과 상기 캐소드 사이에 적층된 전자수송층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 유기전계발광소자는 상기 애노드와 상기 정공수송층 사이에 적층된 정공주입층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
- 제 6항에 있어서, 상기 유기전계발광소자는 상기 캐소드와 상기 전자수송층 사이에 적층된 전자주입층을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 유기전계발광소자.
