Claims (10)
- 차축에 연결된 구동축에 동력을 출력 가능한 내연기관과,상기 내연기관의 출력축과 기어기구를 거쳐 연결되고, 상기 구동축에의 토오크의 입출력을 따라 상기 내연기관을 모터링 가능한 모터링수단과,상기 구동축에 동력을 입출력 가능한 전동기와,상기 구동축의 회전상황을 검출하는 구동축 회전상황 검출수단과,운전자의 파워 요구의 유무를 검출하는 요구 파워 검출수단과,운전자의 파워 요구가 없는 상태에서 상기 내연기관의 시동 지시가 이루어졌을 때에 상기 구동축의 회전이 정지하고 있었던 경우에는, 상기 모터링수단에 의하여 상기 내연기관을 모터링한 상태에서 그 내연기관의 시동 토오크가 소정 크기의 채터링 억제 토오크가 되도록 하여 그 내연기관을 완폭시킨 후, 상기 모터링수단에 의한 모터링이 종료하도록 상기 내연기관, 상기 모터링수단 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 시동시 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 차축에 연결된 구동축에 동력을 출력 가능한 내연기관과,상기 내연기관의 출력축과 기어기구를 거쳐 연결되고, 상기 구동축에의 토오크의 입출력을 따라 상기 내연기관을 모터링 가능한 모터링수단과,상기 구동축에 동력을 입출력 가능한 전동기와,상기 구동축의 회전상황을 검출하는 구동축 회전상황 검출수단과,운전자의 파워 요구의 유무를 검출하는 요구 파워 검출수단과,운전자의 파워 요구가 없는 상태에서 상기 내연기관의 시동 지시가 이루어졌을 때에 상기 구동축이 회전하고 있었던 경우에는, 상기 모터링수단에 의하여 상기 내연기관을 모터링한 상태에서 그 내연기관의 시동 토오크가 소정의 미소 토오크가 되도록 하여 그 내연기관을 완폭시킨 후, 상기 모터링수단에 의한 모터링이 종료하도록 상기 내연기관, 모터링수단 및 상기 전동기를 제어하고, 운전자의 파워 요구가 없는 상태에서 상기 내연기관의 시동 지시가 이루어졌을 때에 상기 구동축의 회전이 정지하고 있던 경우에는, 상기 모터링수단에 의하여 상기 내연기관을 모터링한 상태에서 그 내연기관의 시동 토오크가 상기 미소 토오크보다 큰 채터링 억제 토오크가 되도록 하여 그 내연기관을 완폭시킨 후, 상기 모터링수단에 의한 모터링이 종료하도록 상기 내연기관, 상기 모터링수단 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 시동시 제어수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 제 1항 또는 제 2항에 있어서,상기 시동시 제어수단은, 상기 채터링 억제 토오크로서, 그 내연기관에 기인하는 토오크변동에 의하여 상기 기어기구의 기어 톱니끼리가 맞닿음/이간을 반복하는 일이 없는 크기의 토오크를 채용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 시동시 제어수단은, 상기 채터링 억제 토오크로서, 그 내연기관에 기인 하는 토오크변동에 의하여 상기 기어기구의 기어 톱니끼리가 맞닿음/이간을 반복하는 일이 없는 크기의 토오크로서 상기 미소 토오크에 가까운 값을 채용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 제 2항 또는 제 4항에 있어서,상기 시동시 제어수단은, 상기 내연기관의 시동 토오크가 상기 미소 토오크가 되도록 하기 위해서는 그 내연기관의 점화시기가 최지각이 되도록 그 내연기관을 제어하고, 상기 내연기관의 시동 토오크가 상기 채터링 억제 토오크가 되도록 하기 위해서는 그 내연기관의 점화시기가 최지각보다 진각측이 되도록 그 내연기관을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 제 1항 내지 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시동시 제어수단은, 운전자의 파워 요구가 있는 상태에서 상기 내연기관의 시동지시가 이루어졌을 때에는, 상기 모터링수단에 의하여 상기 내연기관을 모터링한 상태에서 그 내연기관의 시동 토오크가 상기 채터링 억제 토오크를 넘는 토오크가 되도록 하여 그 내연기관을 완폭시킨 후, 상기 모터링수단에 의한 모터링이 종료하도록 상기 내연기관, 모터링수단 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 제 1항 내지 제 6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 시동시 제어수단은, 상기 내연기관의 시동 토오크를 점화시기에 의거하여 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 제 1항 내지 제 7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 모터링수단은, 상기 내연기관의 출력축과 상기 구동축과 제 3 축과의 3축에 접속되어 그 3축 중 어느 것인가 2축에 입출력한 동력에 의거하여 나머지 축에 동력을 입출력하는 3축식 동력 입출력수단을 상기 기어기구로 하고, 상기 제 3 축에 동력을 입출력하는 발전기로서 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차.
- 차축에 연결된 구동축에 동력을 출력 가능한 내연기관과, 상기 내연기관의 출력축과 기어기구를 거쳐 연결되고, 상기 구동축에의 토오크의 입출력을 따라 상기 내연기관을 모터링 가능한 모터링수단과, 상기 구동축에 동력을 입출력 가능한 전동기를 구비하는 하이브리드차의 제어방법에 있어서,운전자의 파워 요구가 없는 상태에서 상기 내연기관의 시동지시가 이루어졌을 때에 상기 구동축의 회전이 정지하고 있던 경우에는, 상기 모터링수단에 의하여 상기 내연기관을 모터링한 상태에서 그 내연기관의 시동 토오크가 소정 크기의 채터링 억제 토오크가 되도록 하여 그 내연기관을 완폭시킨 후, 상기 모터링수단에 의한 모터링이 종료하도록 상기 내연기관, 상기 모터링수단 및 상기 전동기를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 하이브리드차의 제어방법.
