Claims (6)
- 무선파에 의해 작동하는 IC칩과,절연체의 베이스상에 형성되는 금속막층으로부터 되는 안테나를 포함해 구성되는 IC태그로서,상기 안테나는 임피던스 매칭용의 슬릿 및 상기 IC칩이 탑재되는 1개의 제1의 안테나 및,상기 IC칩이 탑재되지 않는 적어도 1개의 제2의 안테나를 포함하여 이루어지고,상기 제1의 안테나와 적어도 1개의 상기 제2의 안테나가 정전 용량 결합되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC태그.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1의 안테나의 상기 금속막층은 상기 제2의 안테나의 각각의 상기 금속막층과 상기 베이스를 끼워서 서로 겹치는 부분을 갖고 결합 되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 태그.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 베이스는 띠형상의 형상으로서,상기 베이스에 2개의 상기 제2의 안테나의 상기 금속막층이 상기 베이스의 긴 방향으로 나열하여 형성되고,2개의 상기 제2의 안테나의 상기 금속막층의 사이에 상기 제1의 안테나의 상기 금속막층이 형성되고,상기 제1의 안테나의 상기 금속막층과 2개의 상기 제2의 안테나의 상기 금속막층의 사이에서 상기 제2의 안테나를 상기 제1의 안테나 측에 접어 넣고 또 상기 제2의 안테나를 외측으로 되접기 하는 것으로,상기 제1의 안테나의 상기 금속막층이 2개의 상기 제2의 안테나의 상기 금속막층과 상기 베이스를 끼워서 서로 겹치는 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC태그.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 베이스는 띠형상의 형상으로서,상기 베이스의 한쪽의 면에는 상기 제1의 안테나의 상기 금속막층이 형성되고,상기 베이스를 끼운 다른쪽의 면에는 2개의 상기 제2의 안테나의 상기 금속막층이 상기 베이스의 긴 방향으로 나열하여 형성되고,상기 제1의 안테나의 상기 금속막층은 2개의 상기 제2의 안테나의 상기 금속막층과 상기 베이스를 끼워서 서로 겹치는 부분을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC태그.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,상기 제1의 안테나를 형성하는 상기 금속막층 및 적어도 1개의 상기 제2의 안테나를 형성하는 상기 금속막층은 상기 베이스의 동일 평면상에 있어 매우 작은 간격의 갭을 개재하여 대치하도록 배치되고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 태그.
- 금속막층에 의해 형성되는 제1의 안테나와 금속막층에 의해 형성되는 적어도 1개의 제2의 안테나가 절연체의 베이스상에 배치되고, 무선파에 의해 작동하는 IC칩이 상기 제1의 안테나에 탑재되어 상기 제1의 안테나에 대해서 적어도 1개의 상기 제2의 안테나가 그 단부끼리로 정전 용량 결합되는 IC 태그 제조 방법으로서,상기 제1의 안테나의 양측으로 소정의 간격을 열어 상기 제2의 안테나가 배치된 가요성의 상기 베이스를 상기 간격의 부분에서 되접기 하여 상기 제1의 안테나의 단부와 상기 제2의 안테나의 단부에 상기 베이스를 개재한 정전 용량 결합이 되는 겹침 부분을 형성하고 상기 제1의 안테나의 양측으로 상기 제2의 안테나가 배치된 상기 IC태그를 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 IC 태그 제조 방법.
