Claims (8)
- 송풍기의 임펠러(7)와, 이 임펠러(7)로부터 취출되는 공기류의 역류를 방지하는 설부(11)를 가짐과 함께 임펠러(7)를 둘러싸는 케이싱(1)을 구비하는 공기 조화기로서,상기 임펠러(7)는,회전축선을 갖는 원형의 지지 플레이트(14)와,이 지지 플레이트(14)의 둘레 가장자리부에 설치되고, 상기 회전축선과 평행하게 연장됨과 함께 소정의 날개각을 갖는 복수의 블레이드(15)와,상기 복수의 블레이드(15)의 일부 또는 모든 블레이드(15)의 외측 가장자리(15a) 또는 양측 가장자리(15a, 15b)에 설치되고, 상기 블레이드(15)의 길이 방향을 따라 소정의 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수의 노치(17)와,상기 각 노치(17) 사이에 설치되는 복수의 평활부(18)를 구비하고,상기 각 블레이드(15)의 외측 가장자리(15a)에 설치된 복수의 노치(17)는 상기 회전축선을 중심으로 하는 동심원 상에 동일 형상으로 형성되고,상기 설부(11)에 복수의 돌기(19)가 설치되고, 각 돌기(19)는 상기 외측 가장자리(15a)에 설치되는 각 노치(17)에 대응하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 송풍기의 임펠러(7)와, 이 임펠러(7)로부터 취출되는 공기류를 안내하는 가 이드부(10)를 가짐과 함께 임펠러(7)를 둘러싸는 케이싱(1)을 구비하는 공기 조화기로서,상기 임펠러(7)는,회전축선을 갖는 원형의 지지 플레이트(14)와,이 지지 플레이트(14)의 둘레 가장자리부에 설치되고, 상기 회전축선과 평행하게 연장됨과 함께 소정의 날개각을 갖는 복수의 블레이드(15)와,상기 복수의 블레이드(15)의 일부 또는 모든 블레이드(15)의 외측 가장자리(15a) 또는 양측 가장자리(15a, 15b)에 설치되고, 상기 블레이드(15)의 길이 방향을 따라 소정의 간격을 두고 배치되는 복수의 노치(17)와,상기 각 노치(17) 사이에 설치되는 복수의 평활부(18)를 구비하고,상기 각 블레이드(15)의 외측 가장자리(15a)에 설치된 복수의 노치(17)는 상기 회전축선을 중심으로 하는 동심원 상에 동일 형상으로 형성되고,상기 가이드부(10)에 복수의 돌기(20)가 설치되고, 각 돌기(20)는 상기 외측 가장자리(15a)에 설치되는 각 노치(17)에 대응하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 각 평활부(18)가 상기 블레이드(15)의 측가장자리를 따라 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 각 노치(17)의 형상이 삼각형인 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 각 노치(17)의 바닥부에 원호부(17a)가 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 각 노치(17)의 피치를 S, 상기 각 평활부(18)의 길이를 M으로 하였을 때, 노치(17)의 피치(S)에 대한 평활부(18)의 길이(M)의 비율(M/S)이 0.2<M/S<0.9로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 각 노치(17)의 피치를 S, 상기 각 평활부(18)의 길이를 M으로 하였을 때, 노치(17)의 피치(S)에 대한 평활부(18)의 길이(M)의 비율(M/S)이 0.3<M/S<0.8로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
- 청구항 1 또는 청구항 2에 있어서,상기 각 블레이드(15)의 익현 길이를 L, 상기 각 노치(17)의 깊이를 H로 하였을 때, 블레이드(15)의 익현 길이(L)에 대한 노치(17)의 깊이(H)의 비율(H/L)이 0.1<H/L<0.25로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 공기 조화기.
