Claims (4)
- Ni : 약 0.5 ∼ 약 2.5질량%, Co : 약 0.5 ∼ 약 2.5질량%, 및 Si : 약 0.30 ∼ 약 1.2질량%, Cr : 약 0.09 ∼ 약 0.5질량% 를 함유하고, 잔부 Cu 및 불가피한 불순물로 구성되는 구리 합금에 있어서, 그 합금 조성 중의 Ni 와 Co 의 합계량의 Si 에 대한 질량 농도비 ([Ni + Co] / Si 비) 가 약 4 ≤ [Ni + Co] / Si ≤ 약 5, 그 합금 조성 중의 Ni 와 Co 의 질량 농도비 (Ni / Co 비) 가 약 0.5 ≤ Ni / Co ≤ 약 2 이며, 재료 중에 분산되는 크기가 1㎛ 이상인 개재물의 개수 (P), 그 중, 탄소 함유 농도가 10질량% 이상인 개재물의 개수 (Pc) 에 대하여, Pc 가 약 15개/1000μ㎡ 이하 또한, 그 비 (Pc / P) 가 약 0.3 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 전자 재료용 Cu-Ni-Si-Co-Cr 계 구리 합금.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,추가로 P, As, Sb, Be, B, Mn, Mg, Sn, Ti, Zr, Al, Fe, Zn 및 Ag 로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 1 종 또는 2 종 이상을 합계로 최대 약 2.0질량% 까지 함유하는 전자 재료용 Cu-Ni-Si-Co-Cr 계 구리 합금.
- 주괴를 약 900℃ 이상 약 1000℃ 미만의 온도로 가열한 후, 열간 압연 종료 온도 약 650℃ 이상에서 열간 압연하고, 냉간 압연을 실시한 소재에 대하여, 재료 온도 약 850 ∼ 약 1000℃ 에서의 용체화 처리와, 재료 온도 약 350 ∼ 약 550℃ 에서의 시효 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전자 재료용 Cu-Ni-Si-Co-Cr 계 구리 합금의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재된 전자 재료용 Cu-Ni-Si-Co-Cr 계 구리 합금을 이용한 전자 부품.
