Claims (3)
- 가열 과정에서 열변형하는 감온재를 펠릿형상으로 성형한 감온 펠릿(3)이 수용되는 통형 외위기(1)와,상기 외위기(1)의 일단 개구측에 부착한 제 1 전극을 형성하는 제 1 리드 부재(2)와,상기 외위기(1)의 타단 개구측에 부착한 제 2 전극을 형성하는 제 2 리드 부재(10)와,상기 외위기(l)에 수용하여 상기 감온 펠릿(3)에 계류하는 가동 도전 부재(7)와,상기 외위기(1)에 수용하여 상기 가동 도전 부재(7)에 가압력을 작용시키는 스프링(6, 8)을 구비하고, 상기 감온 펠릿(3)은 열가소성 수지로 이루어지고,상기 감온 펠릿(3)의 열변형 정도를 온도 설정 방법에 의해 조정하고, 상기 스프링(6, 8)의 가압력이 부여되는 상기 감온 펠릿(3)은 가열시에 소망하는 동작 온도에서 연화 또는 융해하여 열변형이 생기고, 상기 감온 펠릿(3)이 상기 소망하는 동작 온도로 가열된 때에, 상기 제 1 전극 및 상기 제 2 전극 사이의 전기 회로를 전환하며,상기 열가소성 수지는 결정성의 폴리올레핀계 수지이고, 상기 온도 설정 방법은 상기 열가소성 수지가 갖는 보외 융해 시작 온도(Tim)와 융해 피크 온도(Tpm)의 온도차를 이용하여 열변형 온도를 조정하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하 는 감온 펠릿형 온도 퓨즈.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 온도 설정 방법은, 어닐 처리 및 조핵제(造核劑) 첨가 공정을 구비하거나 또는 어느 한쪽을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온 펠릿형 온도 퓨즈
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 온도 설정 방법은, 상기 열가소성 수지의 일래스토머 또는 폴리머를 블렌드하여 열변형 온도를 조정하는 공정을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 감온 펠릿형 온도 퓨즈,
