Claims (11)
- 가교구조 및 1 내지 10mmol/g의 산성 기를 보유하고, 이러한 산성 기에 Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 금속의 금속 이온이 1mmol/g 이상 결합되어 있는 유기 미립자(이하, 가교구조 및 산성 기를 보유하는 유기 미립자라고 한다), 무기 섬유, 및 펄프상 섬유를 함유하고 20℃/65% RH 분위기 하에서 포화흡습률이 15% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교구조 및 산성 기를 보유하는 유기 미립자, 무기 섬유 및 펄프상 섬유를 함유하는 수성 슬러리의 조제 및 초지를, 상기 산성 기에 결합되어 있는 금속 이온을 제외한 양이온 농도가 1ppm 이하인 물을 이용하여 수행함으로써 수득할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항에 있어서, 가교구조 및 산성 기를 보유하는 유기 미립자가, 상기 산성 기에 결합되어 있는 금속 이온을 제외한 양이온 농도가 1ppm 이하인 물에 분산 또는 유화되어 있는 수성액을, 무기 섬유 및 펄프상 섬유를 함유하는 종이에 함침시켜 수득할 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교구조 및 산성 기를 보유하는 유기 미립자가, 아크릴로니트릴계 고분자 미립자에 히드라진계 화합물에 의한 가교 도입 처리 및 알칼리 금속염에 의한 가수분해 처리를 실시하여 수득되는 아크릴산계 흡방습성 미립자인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 가교구조 및 산성 기를 보유하는 유기 미립자가, 디비닐벤젠에 의한 가교 구조 및 카르복시기를 보유하는 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항 내지 제5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 펄프상 섬유가 피브릴화 아크릴 섬유인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항 내지 제6항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열융착성 섬유의 함유량이 20중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항 내지 제7항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 수팽윤율이 50% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 제1항 내지 제8항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열수축률이 5% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지.
- 가교구조 및 1 내지 10mmol/g의 산성 기를 보유하고, 이러한 산성 기에 Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 금속의 금속 이온이 1mmol/g 이상 결합되어 있는 유기 미립자, 무기 섬유, 및 펄프상 섬유를 함유하는 수성 슬러리의 조제, 및 이러한 수성 슬러리를 이용하는 습식 초지법에 의한 초지공정에 있어서, 상기 산성 기에 결합되어 있는 금속 이온을 제외한 양이온 농도가 1ppm 이하인 물을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지의 제조방법.
- 가교구조 및 1 내지 10mmol/g의 산성 기를 보유하고, 이러한 산성 기에 Li, Na, K, Mg, Ca으로 이루어진 군 중에서 선택되는 적어도 1종류의 금속의 금속 이온이 1mmol/g 이상 결합되어 있는 유기 미립자가, 상기 산성 기에 결합되어 있는 금속 이온을 제외한 양이온 농도가 1ppm 이하인 물에 분산 또는 유화되어 있는 수성액을, 무기 섬유 및 펄프상 섬유를 함유하는 종이에 함침시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 흡방습지의 제조방법.
