Claims (7)
- 보강 섬유를 열경화성 수지로 결착한 FRP 부를 갖는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체에 있어서,상기 FRP 부의 잔존 스티렌모노머량을 0.018 중량% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체.
- 보강 섬유를 열경화성 수지로 결착한 FRP 부와,상기 FRP 부의 외주에 상기 FRP 부의 외표면과 앵커 접착 구조로 피복 형성된 열가소성 수지 피복층을 갖는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체에 있어서,상기 FRP 부의 잔존 스티렌모노머량을 0.03 중량% 이하로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 열경화성 수지는 비닐에스테르 수지인 것을 특징으로 하는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 피복층은 표면이 직경 조정 가공된 것으로서, 당해 피복층의 표면은 레이저 외경 측정기에 의한 표면 요철도를 2 ∼ 3/100㎜ 이하로 한 것 을 특징으로 하는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,상기 열가소성 수지 피복층은 LLDPE 인 것을 특징으로 하는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 5 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 FRP 부는 보강 섬유에 유리 얀을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체.
- 제 2 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체는 열풍식 기어 오븐을 사용하고, 80℃ 에서 40 시간 건조시킨 후의 중량 감소율이 0.1% 이하가 되도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 드롭 광섬유 케이블용 FRP 제 항장력체.
