Claims (6)
- 중량평균분자량이 2×105∼4×105이고, 분자량이 1×104 이하인 분자의 함량이 5중량% 이하이며 동시에 1×106 이상인 분자의 함량이 5중량% 이하인 고밀도폴리에틸렌(성분I) 20∼50중량%와 다일루언트(성분II) 80∼50중량%로 이루어진 조성물을 용융압출하여 시트로 성형하는 단계;상기 시트의 결정부분의 30∼80중량%가 녹는 온도범위에서 상기 시트를 텐터 타입의 동시 연신으로 종방향 및 횡방향으로 각각 4배 이상, 총 연신비 25∼50배가 되도록 연신하여 필름으로 성형하는 단계;상기 필름을 연신이 끊남과 동시에 연신중의 장력이 그대로 유지되는 상태에서 필름을 냉각하는 단계;상기 필름으로부터 다일루언트를 추출하는 단계; 및 상기 필름의 결정부분의 10∼30중량%가 녹는 온도범위에서 상기 필름을 열고정하는 단계;로 제조되어, 천공강도가 0.22N/㎛ 이상, 기체투과도(Darcy's permeability constant)가 1.8×10-5 Darcy 이상, 수축률이 횡방향 및 종방향으로 각각 4% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도폴리에틸렌 미세다공막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분I은 2중량% 이하의 코모노머를 함유하며, 상기 코 모노머는 프로필렌, 부텐-1, 헥센-1 또는 4-메틸펜텐-1 인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도폴리에틸렌미세다공막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 성분II는 40℃ 동점도가 20∼200cSt인 파라핀 오일인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도폴리에틸렌 미세다공막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (c) 단계의 냉각시 냉각온도는 상온보다는 높고 연신된 필름의 결정화 온도 이하로 낮으며 냉각시간은 5-30초인 고밀도폴리에틸렌 미세다공막의 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 (d) 단계의 추출시 상기 필름에 잔류하는 다일루언트 함량은 1중량% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도폴리에틸렌 미세다공막의 제조방법.
- 제 1항 내지 제5항에서 선택되는 어느 한 항의 제조방법에 의해 제조되는 천공강도가 0.22N/㎛ 이상, 기체투과도(Darcy's permeability constant)가 1.8×10-5 Darcy 이상, 수축률이 횡방향 및 종방향으로 각각 4% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 고밀도폴리에틸렌 미세다공막.
