Claims (22)
- 일반식 La3Si8N11O4 로 나타내어지는 결정상(結晶相)을 주성분으로서 함유하고, 이에 광학활성원소(M)를 발광 중심성분으로서 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물(酸窒化物) 형광체.
- 청구항 1에 있어서,이 광학활성원소(M)가, Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 일반식 La3Si8-xAlxN11-xO4+x (단, 0 < x ≤ 4)으로 나타내어지는 결정상을 주성분으로서 함유하고, 이에 광학활성원소(M)를 발광 중심성분으로서 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 3에 있어서,이 광학활성원소(M)가, Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 4에 있어서,x를, 0 < x ≤ 2로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 5 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 Ce를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 6 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,적어도 Tb를 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- M, La, Si, Al, N, O의 원소(단, M은, Mn, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, Lu로부터 선택되는 1종 또는 2종 이상의 원소)를 함유하고, 조성식 MaLabSicAldNeOf (식 중, a + b = 3으로 함)로 나타내어지고, 다음 식0.00001 ≤ a ≤ 2.5 …………………………(i)4 ≤ c ≤ 10 …………………………………(ii)0 ≤ d ≤ 4 …………………………………(iii)7 ≤ e ≤ 14 …………………………………(iv)2 ≤ f ≤ 8 …………………………………(v)이상의 조건을 전부 만족하는 조성인 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 8에 있어서,d의 값을, d = 0으로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 8 또는 청구항 9에 있어서,c, e, f의 값을, c = 8, e = 11, f = 4로 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 8 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,M 성분으로서, Ce를 선정한 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 8 내지 청구항 10 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,M 성분으로서, Tb를 선정한 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 청구항 1 내지 청구항 12 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,La3Si8N11O4 결정상(相) 혹은 La3Si8-xAlxN11-xO4+x (단, 0 < x ≤ 4) 결정상과 다른 결정상 혹은 아몰퍼스상의 혼합물로 구성되고, La3Si8N11O4 결정상(相) 혹은 La3Si8-xAlxN11-xO4+x 결정상의 함유량이 50 질량% 이상이 되도록 설정한 것을 특징으로 하는 산질화물 형광체.
- 발광 광원과 형광체로 구성되는 조명기구에 있어서,적어도 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형광체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
- 청구항 14에 있어서,이 발광 광원이 330 ~ 420nm의 파장의 광을 발하는 LED인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
- 청구항 14 또는 청구항 15에 있어서,이 발광 광원이 330 ~ 420nm의 파장의 광을 발하는 LED이고, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형광체와, 330 ~ 420nm의 여기광에 의하여 520nm 이상 570nm 이하의 파장의 광을 발하는 녹색 형광체와, 330 ~ 420nm의 여기광에 의하여 570nm 이상 700nm 이하의 광을 발하는 적색 형광체를 이용함으로써, 적, 녹, 청색의 광을 섞어서 백색광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
- 청구항 14 또는 청구항 15에 있어서,이 발광 광원이 330 ~ 420nm의 파장의 광을 발하는 LED이고, 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형광체와, 330 ~ 420nm의 여기광에 의하여 550nm 이상 600nm 이하의 파장의 광을 발하는 황색 형광체를 이용함으로써, 황색과 청색의 광을 섞어서 백색광을 발하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,이 녹색 형광체가 Eu를 고용(固溶)시킨 β-사이얼론인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
- 청구항 16에 있어서,이 적색 형광체가 Eu를 고용시킨 CaAlSiN3 인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
- 청구항 17에 있어서,이 황색 형광체가 Eu를 고용시킨 Ca-α사이얼론인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명기구.
- 여기원과 형광체로 구성되는 화상표시장치에 있어서,적어도 청구항 1 내지 청구항 13 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 형광체를 이용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
- 청구항 21에 있어서,화상표시장치가, 형광표시관(VFD), 필드 에미션 디스플레이(FED), 플라즈마 디스플레이 패널(PDP), 음극선관(CRT) 중 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 화상표시장치.
