Claims (5)
- 폐기 플라스틱을 160℃ 초과 250℃ 이하의 온도로 일부 또는 전부를 용융시켜 압축 성형하고, 이것에 의하여 겉보기 밀도가 0.7 내지 1.2 ㎏/리터인 플라스틱 입상화물로 하고, 이 플라스틱 입상화물을 석탄과 혼합하여 코크스로에서 건류하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 플라스틱의 재이용 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 플라스틱 입상화물을 석탄에 대한 질량 비율로 6 질량% 이하의 비율로 석탄과 혼합하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 플라스틱의 재이용 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 폐기 플라스틱을 가열 수단으로 가열하면서 관상부의 내부를 압출하는 형식으로 압축 성형하는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 플라스틱의 재이용 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 폐기 플라스틱의 압축 성형시에 발생하는 가스를 물 또는 암모니아수와 접촉시키고, 상기 물 또는 암모니아수를 코크스로에 부수되어 있는 암모니아수 처리 설비의 암모니아수에 합류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 플라스틱의 재이용 방법.
- 폐기 플라스틱을 가열 수단으로 가열하면서 관상부의 내부를 압출하는 형식으로 160℃ 초과 250℃ 이하의 온도로 압축 성형하고, 압축 성형시에 발생하는 가스를 물 또는 암모니아수와 접촉시키고, 상기 물 또는 암모니아수를 코크스로에 부수되어 있는 암모니아수 처리 설비의 암모니아수에 합류시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 폐기 플라스틱의 성형 방법.
