Description
(1)廃棄プラスチックを加熱手段で加熱しつつ管状部の内部を押し出す形式で160℃超250℃以下の温度で圧縮成型し、圧縮成型時に発生するガスを水又は安水と接触させ、該水又は安水をコークス炉に付随する安水処理設備の安水に合流させることを特徴とする廃棄プラスチックの成型方法。
(2)前記圧縮成型により見かけ密度が0.7〜1.2kg/リットルのプラスチック粒状化物とすることを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の廃棄プラスチックの成型方法。

Claims (2)
- 廃棄プラスチックを加熱手段で加熱しつつ管状部の内部を押し出す形式で160℃超250℃以下の温度で圧縮成型し、圧縮成型時に発生するガスを水又は安水と接触させ、該水又は安水をコークス炉に付随する安水処理設備の安水に合流させることを特徴とする廃棄プラスチックの成型方法。
- 前記圧縮成型により見かけ密度が0.7〜1.2kg/リットルのプラスチック粒状化物とすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄プラスチックの成型方法。
