Abstract
【解決手段】 廃棄プラスチックを160℃超250℃以下の温度で一部又は全部を溶融させて圧縮成型し、これにより見かけ密度が0.7〜1.2kg/リットルのプラスチック粒状化物とし、このプラスチック粒状化物を石炭と混合してコークス炉にて乾留することを特徴とする廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。廃棄プラスチックの圧縮成型時に発生するガスを水又は安水と接触させ、該水又は安水をコークス炉に付随する安水処理設備の安水に合流させることにより、発生ガス中に含まれる塩化水素を除去することができる。

Description
(1)廃棄プラスチックを160℃超250℃以下の温度で一部又は全部を溶融させて圧縮成型し、これにより見かけ密度が0.7〜1.2kg/リットルのプラスチック粒状化物とし、このプラスチック粒状化物を石炭と混合してコークス炉にて乾留することを特徴とする廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
(2)前記プラスチック粒状化物は、石炭に対する質量比率で6質量%以下の割合で石炭と混合することを特徴とする上記(1)に記載の廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
(3)廃棄プラスチックを加熱手段で加熱しつつ管状部の内部を押し出す形式で圧縮成型することを特徴とする上記(1)又は(2)に記載の廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
(4)廃棄プラスチックの圧縮成型時に発生するガスを水又は安水と接触させ、該水又は安水をコークス炉に付随する安水処理設備の安水に合流させることを特徴とする上記(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
(5)廃棄プラスチックを加熱手段で加熱しつつ管状部の内部を押し出す形式で160℃超250℃以下の温度で圧縮成型し、圧縮成型時に発生するガスを水又は安水と接触させ、該水又は安水をコークス炉に付随する安水処理設備の安水に合流させることを特徴とする廃棄プラスチックの成型方法。

Claims (5)
- 廃棄プラスチックを160℃超250℃以下の温度で一部又は全部を溶融させて圧縮成型し、これにより見かけ密度が0.7〜1.2kg/リットルのプラスチック粒状化物とし、このプラスチック粒状化物を石炭と混合してコークス炉にて乾留することを特徴とする廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
- 前記プラスチック粒状化物は、石炭に対する質量比率で6質量%以下の割合で石炭と混合することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
- 廃棄プラスチックを加熱手段で加熱しつつ管状部の内部を押し出す形式で圧縮成型することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
- 廃棄プラスチックの圧縮成型時に発生するガスを水又は安水と接触させ、該水又は安水をコークス炉に付随する安水処理設備の安水に合流させることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の廃棄プラスチックの再利用方法。
- 廃棄プラスチックを加熱手段で加熱しつつ管状部の内部を押し出す形式で160℃超250℃以下の温度で圧縮成型し、圧縮成型時に発生するガスを水又は安水と接触させ、該水又は安水をコークス炉に付随する安水処理設備の安水に合流させることを特徴とする廃棄プラスチックの成型方法。
