Abstract
【解決手段】廃プラスチックの減容成形機1から加熱により排出される気体を、トラップ5を介して水封式真空ポンプ6にて抜き取り、抜き取られた気体を封水タンク7から排出し、水封式真空ポンプ6の封水は水封式真空ポンプ6と封水タンク7との間で循環させる廃プラスチック減容成形機の真空ポンプ封水処理方法において、封水タンク7中の封水のpHが低下すると、封水タンク7中へ封水を中和するのに必要な量の中和剤を供給し、封水タンク7内の封水の一部をブロー弁12より排水して封水タンク内の水質を一定に維持する。

廃水発生量 頻度:約200L/回、3時間毎、1日あたり約1.5m3
〈実施例〉
中和剤使用量:1L/回、3時間毎、1日あたり約8L(10%アンモニア水)
廃水発生量:1日あたり約0.1m3(塩素イオン濃度維持のためのブロー水)
以上の結果を比較すると明らかなとおり、本発明の実施例の廃水発生量が従来技術のそれに比べて約1/15と大幅に低減されている。

- 廃プラスチックの減容成形機で発生する気体を、トラップを介して水封式真空ポンプにて抜き取り、抜き取られた気体を封水タンクから排出し、水封式真空ポンプの封水は水封式真空ポンプと封水タンクとの間で循環させる廃プラスチック減容成形機の真空ポンプ封水処理方法において、
封水タンク中の封水のpHが低下すると、封水タンク中へ封水を中和するのに必要な量の中和剤を供給し、封水タンク内の封水量が増加すると、封水を真空ポンプへ送りながら増加した量の封水をブロー弁より排水して封水タンク内のレベルを一定に維持することを特徴とする廃プラスチック減容成形機の真空ポンプ封水処理方法。 - 中和剤がアンモニア水であることを特徴とする廃プラスチック減容成形機の真空ポンプ封水処理方法。
- 廃プラスチックの減容成形機で発生し、水封式真空ポンプにて抜き取られた気体を、封水タンクを経て排出し、水封式真空ポンプの封水を水封式真空ポンプと封水タンクとの間で循環させる廃プラスチック減容成形機の真空ポンプ封水の処理設備において、
廃プラスチックの減容成形機から排出される気体を、トラップを介して抜き取る水封式真空ポンプと、
水封式真空ポンプで抜き取られた気体が導入される、水封式真空ポンプの封水を収容する封水タンクと、
水封式真空ポンプの封水を水封式真空ポンプと封水タンクとの間で循環させる循環ポンプと、
封水タンク中の封水のpHを計測するpH計と、
pH計で計測されたpHが低下すると、封水タンク中へ封水を中和するのに必要な量の中和剤を供給する中和剤タンクと、
循環ポンプと真空ポンプとの間の循環配管に、封水タンク内の封水の水質を一定に維持するブロー弁と、
封水タンク内の封水量が減少すると、減少した封水を補給して封水タンク内のレベルを一定に維持する補給水弁を設けたことを特徴とする廃プラスチック減容成形機の真空ポンプ封水の処理設備。
