Claims (3)
- 전력용 반도체장치를 제어용 집적회로를 통해 마이컴으로 제어하는 전력용 반도체장치의 제어용 회로에 있어서,상기 제어용 집적회로는, 상기 전력용 반도체장치에서 출력되는 전류검출 신호에 의해 이상을 검출하면, 내장하는 폴트신호 출력회로에서 출력되는 폴트 신호에 의해 상기 전력용 반도체장치를 턴오프하고,상기 마이컴은, 상기 전류검출 신호에 의해 이상의 회복을 검출하면, 리셋 신호를 출력하여 상기 폴트 신호를 해제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전력용 반도체장치의 제어용 회로.
- 전력용 반도체소자를 제어하기 위한 제어신호가 입력되는 입력 회로와,상기 입력 회로에서의 출력을 복수의 레벨로 변환하는 레벨 시프트 회로와,상기 레벨 시프트 회로에서의 출력에 의거하여 제 1전력용 반도체소자에 대한 제 1구동신호를 출력하는 제 1구동회로와,상기 레벨 시프트 회로에서의 출력에 의거하여 제 2전력용 반도체소자에 대한 제 2구동신호를 출력함과 동시에, 입력되는 폴트 신호가 비활성 상태로부터 활성 상태로 이행하면 상기 제 2구동신호의 출력을 정지하는 제 2구동회로와,상기 제 2전력용 반도체소자에 의한 전류검출 신호에 의거하여 이상신호를 출력하는 과전류 검출회로와,상기 과전류 검출회로로부터 상기 이상신호가 출력되면 상기 폴트 신호를 상기 활성 상태로 이행하고, 또한 외부로부터 입력되는 리셋 신호를 검지하면 상기 폴트 신호를 상기 비활성 상태로 이행하는 폴트신호 출력회로를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어용 집적회로.
- 제 2항에 있어서,상기 전력용 반도체소자를 구동하기 위한 구동전위의 이상을 검출하는 이상검출 회로를 구비하고,상기 폴트신호 출력회로는, 상기 이상검출 회로가 이상을 검출하면 상기 폴트 신호를 상기 활성 상태로 이행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 제어용 집적회로.
